The condo was amazing! The pictures and video did not do the place justice! From the decor to the accomodations within- it was wonderful! Bill was very personable and great to work with throughout the booking of the rental & any communications we had afterward! Our family really enjoyed our stay at Panama City Beach due to the gorgeous accomodations! We were close to shopping, attractions, dining and (most important) were beachfront! We would definitely stay again! Thanks for the great memories!

Just wanted to tell you the stay was great. We appreciate you allowing us to rent your unit. We appreciated the upgraded furnishings that you provide in your unit. It is great to stay in a comfortable atmosphere and not have to settle for less than what you are used to at home. The beach weather was great for our stay. The unit was well prepared for our arrival. You seem to be doing it just right! We have been making Panama City Beach one of our vacation stops each year and will continue that for quite some time. This is one of the prettiest condos we've ever rented. The appliances are all very modern, the beds are very comfy, and the location in the building is perfect. Highly recommended.

My family stayed here last October (2011) and had a great experience! It happened to be the last time that my mother would be able to accompany us on any family trips so it was truly memorable.Dealing with Bill was great. His info was very accurate and the process was so easy. The condo was truly beautiful and this family should certainly be proud. Unfortunately we only needed 3 bedrooms this year or we would certainly be booking here! Maybe after a few more grandkids!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is a beautiful condo! We had a great week. It was nice, not too hot, overcast weather. We ate at Pompano's and it was delicious! (I recommend the shrimp pompano or the coconut shrimp). Also, we went to David's Sno-Balls (New Orleans Style). You MUST go there! Get a stuffed Sno-Ball (it has ice cream in it). They have so many good and unique flavors! David's is next to the Chevron across from Carabba's on Back Beach Rd. Thanks!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful vacation at your beautiful condo. The weather cooperated and the beach and gulf water were immaculate and crystal clear. Thanks again for allowing us to use for condo for only 4 nights this year. Hope we can return next year but we would definiely want to spend the full week. 07/03/10 - 07/10/10 - We have had a wonderful time this week - our rare family vacation when all the family can actually make it. The condo is lovely, the deck view is the only one I've been in that you can see the sun set. Teenagers, grown-ups, little ones - all were happy. We have had the best time ever! The condo is beautiful and we love how ya'll thought of everything. This is truly the ultimate "home away from home". We have a place right down the way in Laguna Beach, but after staying here, I want to come back every year. The children all had the best time. We had some friends come visit and had the best time. Great place, cool atmosphere. A very nice place for a family vacation! All outside amenities are well maintained. Nice DSL internet connectivity. Condo is way more than you could ask for. View is incredible, even if it is just the 4th floor. Parasailing is a heckuva good time. Our 3 year old will remember this trip for building sand castles and riding race cars (go carts). War Eagle!! From February 2006 until the summer of 2007, we did not rent the condo to anyone, therefore their are no reviews for this time frame. From the summer of 2007 to March of 2010 we only had some limited rental to friends, family and friends of friends, prior to listing it on vrbo.com. Bill Hardy

09/21/05 - 09/25/05 - Our family came to Panama City for a vacation before our son leaves for his mission to Lima, Peru for the Church of Jesus Christ , Latter Day Saints. Our daughter April, her husband, and 2 children, our daughter Wendy, her husband and new baby, our son Michael and a friend of his. We have had a very comfortable stay. 09/07/05 - 09/11/05 - This was our first family vacation with the recent expansions. We had a 2, 19 month old twins, beautiful boys with us this time. It was wonderful, but somewhat hectic vacation. 08/28/05 - 09/05/05 - This was our families first trip to Panama City. We usually vacation in Gulf Shores, but because of Hurricane Katrina, we had to change plans. We made a great choice in your condo. We found it to be very comfortable, and loved the decor. We were happy with the room arrangements, and overall size of the condo. 07/01/05 - 07/05/05 - Congrats on your beautiful home. Love your taste in decor, elegant, yet very homey and cozy. Our stay was so very nice. This was our first time in Panama City. We have gone to Destin for the last 8 years, and go very often to stay at Jade East. We love the peaceful city, but this was nice for a change. Lots of young people, our children liked that. This was my brother and his family's first time at any beach, at all, ever, so they had a blast. We plan to make this our July 4th vacation spot next year.
