Why the Owner Chose The Summit
Because we love the Gulf of Mexico. Our unit is directly on the beach, and we always just wanted to be able to walk out the door and be at the ocean without having to drive. Also, there is so much to do in this area without having to drive very far. Also, the water here is very clear.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The most unique benefit is that you are staying directly on what is claimed to be one of the world's most beautiful beaches. There are many excellent restaurants in walking distance of the condominium, and also many tourist attractions like arcades, rides, mini-golf and the famous Ripley's Believe it or Not! Museum. Also, there is great fishing and golf in the area. It's really a laid back kind of lifestyle.
