This is an ideal unit if you're looking for convenience! Just drop off your beach stuff on the patio and jump in the pool. No elevators or steps to worry about. We have totally remodeled this condo in fun beachy colors! Our family of six truly values what this condo has to offer. It has a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a full/twin bunkbed in the guest room. The sofa makes a queen-size sleeper. This condo is equipped with three TV's, VCR, and DVD.
Maravilla is located on Scenic Highway 98 and has a privately owned beach with chair/umbrella set-up provided and volleyball net. The complex has two pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a fitness room. It is located within five minutes of several golf courses, the outlet mall, and Destin's newest shopping and restaurants at Baytowne Wharf.
