We stayed for a week with our 4 kids and had the best time!! We visit the Keys every year and have always stayed in a resort. This year we rented the house and don't regret it at all. The house was super clean (and I'm picky) and the beds were super comfortable. We all felt like we were right at home. The Cabana club was ok, the kids enjoyed the pool but the beach had a lot of rocks in the shallow areas. I had concerns about this before going, and we only went once. It was no big deal because there are so many nearby beaches that are great. Sombrero and Bahia Honda were both great. We love staying in Marathon because there is so much to do and its an easy drive to Key West to visit for a day. Joann was the best and even mailed our son's retainers to us after he forgot them. I recommend this property without hesitation. It was clean and spacious and offered everything we needed.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

House was immaculate. Very clean. Extremely comfortable house. Super location you can bike ride , walk anywhere you need. Key colony is a great location. Sitting in the back yard at night kids were fishing. This was more then I expected. Already making plans to go back. I have two teenage girls and they loved being able to bike and walk every where. Not many homes you find this clean but it was. And Cliff and Jo Ann were there to answer any questions on places to go etc. If your going to Marathon it won't get any better than this house.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Beautiful townhome with ample room for the family. Clean and comfortable with huge kitchen. Quiet street and nice wide canal. Best Lunch is at Key Colony Inn. Loved the master bedroom balcony overlooking the water. Fish cleaning station and grill were great. Booking it next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
