Cool Winds is just that... COOL! With all the amenities of home and a few extras. You will find that Cool Winds is a very easy spot to fall in love with.
Spend time in the private pool or six-person hot tub. Take a bike ride through the quiet neighborhood or take a one-mile-long walk around the lake (home to many fish and turtles) just one block away. The community tennis courts are located across the lake. Listen to the waves while you watch the sunrise from the double hammock swing on the middle deck.
With three master bedrooms - one on each floor, mid-level and upper level both are King-sized beds, plus two kids rooms on middle-floor, both with pyramid bunks (one sleeps three and the other sleeps four). Cool Winds makes a perfect, three-family getaway. Also, a queen-size sleep sofa in the family room and for the new addition to your family we have two port-a-cribs, two pak-n-plays (one with canopy for pool-side use), one stroller and two highchairs. Each master bedroom has cable TV. One kids room has TV with VCR and Playstation 2 and the 2 player basketball arcade game, the other kids room has TV with VCR/DVD and XBOX and foosball table.
The bottom-floor master has a wet bar with mini refrigerator and a stereo receiver with DVD player hooked up to cable TV with speakers in room and outdoor speakers pool side (so you can listen to music, news, or sports without being stuck inside)

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Sands
This neighborhood has it all. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac so traffic is very light. The neighborhood is set up with long cross streets with cul-de-sac on each side. There are great paths to walk along and a wonderful lake to walk the dogs around. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away(and thats with the dogs stopping to smell everything). There is a life guard stand at our beach access....something not all areas have!
The Unique Benefits at this House
CoolWinds is such a peaceful place to relax and unwind at. There is a great table and umbrella out by the pool. We have bikes of every size so everyone can join in on a nice bike ride. The Timbuck II shops is just a mile north of the house. There are go-carts, putt-putt, jet-ski rentals, many shops and restaurants to entertain everyone.
