  This condo is absolutely awesome! It is beautiful and comfortable, and has everything you could possibly want to make you feel right at home. The view is spectacular. The owner is beyond helpful and gracious! She called after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. We had so much fun we wanted to stay an extra night, which worked out because it was not rented for the next day. If you want the ultimate in comfort and relaxation, with an owner who really cares that you have a wonderful experience, this is the condo for you. We loved it so much that we have already made plans to stay there again next year!

  Just got back from an excellent adventure at Southern Sands. The condo was just as the pictures show - clean and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable, though we rarely were sitting around. The beach was clean and the water beautiful. The condo was within walking distance of resturants and nightlife activities. I will definitely be going back to this location! Sheryl (owner) was very helpful and even called to make sure everything was ok for us. Great condo!

  Wow what a stay again....man I love this place. It is so cozy and welcoming it is like it is yours. Every room was even updated which made it even more relaxing! Sheryl is the best to work with and I really appreciate how she works with you and treats you. A welcome phone call to make sure we made it and if everything looked ok to a email the day we left asking us how our stay was (how refreshing). This is the "BEST" deal by far in Gulf Shores.....See you next year!

  Absolutely wonderful! The condo was just as it appeared in the pictures. It is very nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget and utensil we needed. The location is within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. The owner, Sheryl is wonderful to work with! She even called the day of our arrival to make sure we made it safely and that we had everything we needed. We have rented many times from vrbo but we have never had an owner call to make sure everything was ok. I truly appreciate Sheryl's kindness. This was the best ocean front condo we have ever rented!!!!!! Wish we could have stayed another week!!!!

  We really enjoyed our stay. The furniture and bedding were very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. We really liked the smaller complex that gave us a lot of freedom in the pool area and easy access to the beach. This is compared to a large high rise close by where the pool was absolutely packed each day. We had excellent parking under the building and were able to walk to several restaurants and shops. We plan to return next year.

  Having never visited Gulf Shores before, we had our work cut out for us finding a nice, convenient (and let's not forget reasonably priced!) place to stay. We found all of that in this condo and had a wonderful time! Sheryl was AMAZING to work with from the first email, calling when we arrived and a follow-up email after our stay. She replied promptly and always answered all my many questions. It is clear she truly cares about her guests. The condo is ideally located and we commented numerous times about how much we loved our location. It was a great home base to visit attractions, restaurants and shopping. The condo was spotless and felt like home. The kitchen is well equipped with just about every pot, pan, utensil, or dish you need if you want to cook. The beds were fabulous with very comfortable mattresses and bedding. There is ample places to sit both inside and out and we enjoyed the constant ocean view. The shower pressure was great in both bathrooms and we appreciated little touches like the removal shower head to rinse off. With only 18 units in the complex, the pool never felt crowded and we often had the pool to ourselves. It was well maintained (saw the pool guy each morning) and kept at a very comfortable temperature. The pool chairs were clean and comfy. Although we never used them, charcoal grills were available and we enjoyed smelling what other guests were having for dinner! :-) The beach was literally a few steps away and the sand was liked powdered sugar. We enjoyed walking the beach, playing in the waves and even took a shot at sand crab hunting one night! If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful, well-appointed condo.....stop looking. You've found it here! Just please don't book the week WE want next year! :-) We hope to come back!

  What a great location, and the condo was wonderful...My husband and I, and our 2 teenagers spent a week in Gulf Shores and enjoyed every minute. The condo was comfortable and centrally located to everything we did. The beach was not crazy busy, so we got to enjoy the white sand and clear blue water. I did notice on one of our outings that the water was not very clear near the passes.(the passes that get you into the back bays) Sheryl was very easy to work with and I would definitly go back and recommend Southern Sands 204.

  WOW!! Condo was beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. Met all expectations from listing and photos...and more. Condo was really comfortable, felt like home away from home. Very convenient location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The owner, Sheryl, was a pleasure to work with on booking and providing information. I'll definitely be back!

  Well.....Where do I start.....We returned this year as we said we would and once again had the time of our lives. The condo had also been update with new furnishings and let me tell you they were well received and so comfortable. The owner once again is awesome to work with and really cares about your stay! We already booked our stay for 2012. I HIGHLY suggest you contact this owner....You Will Not Be Dissappointed. #1 in my book.
