What a treat to arrive in Florida to such a wonderful place. This vacation home was everything that was promised-clean, comfortable, well-stocked and perfectly situated for relaxation, ammenities and entertainment. The owner was so helpful in helping us plan for our arrival and stay. All inquiries were immediately answered in a friendly, concise manner. We stayed at Windsor Hills six years ago and the resort has maintained their impeccable standards ever since. The main pool, tennis and volleyball courts were spotless and inviting. Friends who dared to explore elsewhere wished they had joined us! Thank you for making our vacation wonderful, worry-free and economical! Definitely recommend this condo!

Our family of 4 stayed at this home the week of December 10th. We were very pleased with the home and happy that we chose to stay here. The home was clean and had everything we needed, bath towels, beach towels, etc. We appreciated the security of being in a gated community. The check-in process was quick and easy. The location of the Windsor Hills community is perfect; less than 10 minutes from Disney property, a grocery store close by, as well as more than enough eateries to chose from. The heated outside splash pool was perfect for our girls, ages 6 & 9. It allowed them to have some swim time before and after the parks, without have to leave the house for the larger community pool. We did spend some time at the community center and pool which is a 3 minute walk from the house. Our girls loved the community pool with its large slide and fountains. They had such a great time at the community pool they did not want to leave. We will definitely stay at this home again when we go back to Disney. The convenience of having a full kitchen and laundry facilities was wonderful. We were able to eat breakfast at home prior to going to the parks and were able to have snacks and drinks on hand at all times. The washer & dryer allowed me to pack less as well as wash everything before we went home so i did not have to worry about laundry when we got home. Working with Lorraine, the owner, was an added bonus. She is extremely accomodating and very helpful with suggestions around our stay. We could not have been more fortunate in finding and renting this home.

Had a wonderful time in Orlando. The supplied directions to the townhouse were so helpful especially for someone who had the added complication of getting to grips of driving on the other side of the road! The townhouse was exactly as described and met all our expectations. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed ie dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer etc. Our 7 yr old loved the pool and our 14 yr old loved the free/fast wifi. The grandparents slept in the ground floor bedroom meaning they didn't need to tackle the stairs which suited them to a tee. We felt the townhouse was more than ample for 6 people. The clubhouse is a 5min walk away, we didn't use it much as we were so busy visiting the parks, however we did sit in it a couple of nights with a glass of wine/beer sold by the clubhouse shop. We clocked that it was just over 6 miles from the townhouse to Magic Kingdom's parking payment kiosks. This was using the long route as the owners also provided shortcut directions! Because the Disney parks are so close, we were able to leave the parks for a much needed rest and return later in the day without involving too much driving. For the Universal parks, its a longer drive but nothing extreme. Had a wonderful time and hope to visit again in the future. Will be recommending Windsor Hills and this townhouse to friends and family.

We had a great stay. The home was clean and the gated community made us feel safe. The kids loved the pools. The location was close to everything Disney,Universal and Old Town. Lorraine was very helpful. Would recommend to friends.

I have stayed at Windsor Hills before, but having our own pool this time was fantastic! The kids could hop in each morning and at night - though it was a little cool at the begining of March! We did have the pool heated which made a difference. The townhouse was perfect for our family with plenty of room to stretch out. We stayed for 9 days and could easily have stayed for more! Check in and out was so simple - much easier than I have had in the past. I loved this location in paricular because we could walk to the main pool and the park - some of the homes are quite far away. We loved it and would definitely stay again! Thanks.

This townhouse is in a great location. Quite area in Windsor Hills yet walking distance to community pool and playground. Disney is right down the street!! Quick and easy 10 minute drive! Kids loved the themed room and bathroom. A bathroom off every bedroom was a huge benefit! Very clean, comfortable and convenient! Looking forward to another visit!

The townhouse and community were great. Perfect location, the boys loved the pool & play areas. I loved that we could be at Disney so quickly or on I4 to get anywhere. It really is the perfect place to stay for a family traveling with parents!

Can't say enough about this lovely townhome that served as our "home base" when we recently visited WDW with extended family. It was great to do laundry and make some meals there, rather than dine out constantly. Terrific place to stay any time of year, but especially during Marathon weekend! The place is clean, comfortable, and convenient and as a gated community, very secure. Kids got their own bathroom! Owners are very responsive and helpful. We were arriving late at night and they made arrangements to help streamline things so we could get into Windsor Hills and focus on our vacation! The townhome is close to shopping and many restaurants. Weather was not warm enough for us to enjoy the pools or other facilities but I heard they were very nice from others in the area. Would definitely stay here again next trip!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this home. The home was immaculate, spacious, and within very easy walking distance to the clubhouse and castle playground which my 4 year old just loved (she is still talking about it). The home was also equipped with baby items (stroller, pack & play, and high chair) which made traveling with an infant so much easier. The resort itself was great. The staff was very nice and the amenities were super. There was a little waterpark with a slide, fountains and zero entry pool... all of which was very child and grandparent friendly. The movie theatre was a nice feature, especially on a rainy day. Windsor Hills is conveniently located to just about everything and about as close as you can get to Disney without staying at a Disney property. In addition, the owner was fantastic to deal with and very helpful. She was extremely responsive, personable, & professional. The rates were properly disclosed and there were no hidden charges. We would definitely rent this property again!

This was our first trip to Orlando as a family and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. From the moment we walked in, we felt relaxed and comfortable. It was great for our family of 5; everyone had their own place to go to when they needed to wind down.The lounge pool outside our back door was key after a hot day at Disney. The townhouse was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The clubhouse was great and the community was safe enough to let the kids walk over to the pool by themselves. The proximity to Disney World was excellent! Honestly, two lights down 192. We also ventured out to Sea World, Universal, and the Kennedy Space Center and all the rides were very easy. Lorraine is terrific and was so helpful with all the questions I had for her. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation and we hope to return to Windsor Hills again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The home was clean and nicely decorated. You immediately felt like you were home upon arriving at the townhome. The community is very well maintained and the security on site makes you feel safe. An added bonus for our family was the private splash pool attached to the home, it was perfect for my 8,5 and 4 year old. When we weren't at Disney they were in the pool playing. If you are interested in value and location close to Disney this is the property for you. The owner, Lorraine, was extremely helpful and even arranged an early check for us. As we left, my kids made me promise we'd be back so I can say as a fact that we will visit again soon.

Our family of five had a very pleasant stay in this townhouse. It really is close to Disney, and very convenient for other Orlando attractions. It is also very close to supermarkets and restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful when we were booking the accommodation which made the booking process very easy. The house was lovely and clean, and very spacious for our family. I would definitely recommend this property.

"We rented this home for an eight day trip with our two kids and my mom; a total of five people. The home was spacious and incredibly comfortable. The close proximity to Disney was an added bonus. We came to Disney for a hockey tournament and loved the proximity of the town home to the park! Easy commute and had everything we needed to relax between games. Definitely better than a hotel room! May be back again with younger daughter in a few years and would choose to stay here again!

This was our first family vacation to the Orlando area, including the splendor of Disney! The location of the home we had the pleasure of staying in was within minutes of all of the theme parks, restaurants, shopping, close to anything you could want or need. The home itself, was spacious, clean, quiet, in excellent condition, offered plenty of family space and privacy for the adults and our girls (age 22 and 9), and provided that 'home away from home' feeling. We couldn't be more pleased. The community was nicer than nice, secure, and provided plenty of opportunity for enjoyment in the area as well as in the Clubhouse. The pool was stunning, the waterslide great, having a theatre on site, a fitness center, and an 'up to date' game room only added to the already perfect place to stay. We were not left with a 'wanting more' feeling as the entire week exceeded our expectations. We most definitely would recommend this home/community to any family and will most certainly look into a repeat visit in the hopefully not so far future!

This was our home-away-from-home. Lorraine was so accommodating. She told us about local attractions, restaurants etc. The location was great, only two lights to DW! Our two teenage boys loved the stuffed pizza at Giordano’s. The private splash pool was by far our favorite amenity. After a long day there is nothing better than to relax in the heated private splash pool. Our boys always had plenty to do. A veriety of video games and DVD’s to keep them occupied or they could take a short walk to the Clubhouse where they could swim, play billiards, basketball, or check out a movie at the 50-seat cinema. We are already planning our next visit! We can’t wait to return!

This was my first year of renting a villa instead of using hotels in Orlando. From the moment I crossed the threshold of this property, I knew we had made the right choice. The whole renting experience was made even more of a pleasure by the lovely owner, who strives (and succeeds) to make your holiday special. She was very helpful regarding local knowledge and it seemed like nothing was too much trouble if it meant we had a good holiday.. First Class!!!! The property is very, very clean! This is always a plus point in our family! The decor is tasteful. The facilities are excellent and the complex in which it sits is beautiful. Even the clubhouse shop owners and security guards were fantastic and helpful and friendly. We did not try any of the services provided by the clubhouse, but the whole atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. I can not hesitate in recommending this property to everyone. It is fantastic and has so much more convenience, privacy and comfort than a hotel experience could ever offer.

My family and I had a woderful time. The home was roomy and having three full bathrooms was terrific! The pool was a welcome site after a long day at the theme parks and the ESPN complex. The community pool was excellent and the community store was a blessing for necessity items. My daughter was able to jog at night around the community with no concerns. I highly recommend this property.. The owners were a pleasure to do business with! I am already planning for our next visit. 5 Stars!!

This is a great place for a family vacation. The unit is clean, spacious and well decorated. The amenities provided at Windsor Hills are a treat in themselves and the location is just perfect, close to all of the parks, restaurants and shopping. The owners are fantastic! Lorraine was so very helpful and accessable, it was a total pleasure getting to know her. This is a well appointed, spacious, beautifully decorated unit. The home is in immaculate condition, the amenities offered on the property are just fantastic. It is conveniently located near all of the attractions as well as to plenty of restaurants and shops. A great place for a family vacation, the owners are kind, helpful, accessible and will do all they can to insure a great time for their renters. I will definitely stay in this townhome again and would recommend it to others.

We were lucky enough to choose Lorraine's home to rent from the many that were available. We are so glad that we did. From the moment we made the booking the communication and service we recieved was first class. We couldn't ask for more. The location of house was in a very good location within Windsor Hills, close to all of the facilities. Windsor Hills itself was the perfect location for a great holiday. The house seemed a lot bigger than on the photographs, they don't do it justice. It really felt home from home. Lorraine was a very thoughtful owner and even made it very easy for us to extend our stay by one week due to the recent volcanic ash cloud. In summary, we would absolutely recommend this home for your future trips to Orlando. It was clean, well maintained and everything we could have hoped for. We are already looking forward to our next visit!!

This condo has just exactly what you need on a quick trip to Disney. We have two young childern, so the splash pool was just what the doctor ordered. I would recommend this property to anyone who is on a quick trip to Orlando with small childern. We stayed for 4 days any longer and you may want/need a bigger place. Home was very clean and was well stocked with all the essentials.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful place to stay!! My family truly loved the place, and it was hard for them to leave (my 10 year old kept asking "do we have to leave....?"). The condo was perfectly located-- close to Disney World which we enjoyed for three of the seven days, and also close to all of those restaurants, mini-golf, etc. We spent a little time out and about, but most of our off-days were spent at the condo- either in your pool or in the main pool. We had a really great time. Thanks again for all of your help in getting it set up- your directions were perfect and very helpful!

This place was amazingly clean, convenient to all attractions ( Disney was only 7-10 minutes from door to door, SeaWorld was 15 minutes). It was very spacious, we had 4 adults and 2 kids that stayed here and never once felt crowded. The rental process was very painless and they responded to all questions in less than 2 hours. The property has a patio pool, which the kids and I loved, but it is a smaller pool so 2 adults and 2 kids makes it a little tight. The great news is that with very short walking distance is the main property pool that was water slides and little store in there. We would recommend to all friends and family and we will stay there again

This was our family's first trip together to Florida and Disney and I must say the home was all we had imagined and hoped for our magical vacation. We loved the townhouse pool and the kids loved the castle playground along with all the resort amenities. The home was great for making you feel like your are away on vacation but provided all (and more) of the amenities of home. The location to disney is excellent being only 5 minutes from the gates! I must also add the townhome was very clean and the playstation 2 was a great addition as my 5 year old son loved it (and my wife & I did to for the much needed down time!) My 3 year old daughter (with cererbral palsy) loved the pool as she does swimming for therapy/fun and loved the Mickey room with the spongebob bathroom. My 13 year old loved having her own big bed with her own bathroom and pool and finally getting to go to Disney. It was also nice to be so close to Cocoa Beach for a nice day trip! Lorraine was excellent in providing us timely service and answer to our many questions.
