My husband and teenagers booked this villa for spring break. This was our 3rd visit to Ft. Myers Beach and by far the best location. With the beach across the street, and in the middle of the activities of time square it was the perfect location. The villa was very clean and well furnished, with a closed in veranda and a fenced in patio in back with a gas grille. Everything we needed was at our fingertips, washer/dryer, two bathrooms, full kitchen...Two bedrooms and a pull out couch. The villa also featured wi-fi. I would highly recommend this location for your vacation if you are looking for the perfect location to enjoy the beach and all the other amenities of Ft. Myers Beach Florida.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Times Square:
This is a great beach community, like one big family. There are lots of songwriters here, which I like because I'm one, too. The location was too good to pass up!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
The sunsets are amazing from the upper units and the beach is literally right across the street. You can walk to the beach, to Times Square (the cool entertainment district), restaurants, shopping and boutique stores. It's the perfect little community.
