This property is only 6 years old and is gorgeous! Property is immaculate and well maintained. There are 2 restaurants on site. The pool bar is great for lunch and cocktails, the 5 star steak house is outstanding for dinner. Service is excellent. You will not find a cleaner, classier, more luxurious condo in all of Vallarta! Truly a 5 star resort. This condo was personally decorated and is stunning.

I travelled with my husband and another couple to celebrate a birthday. The suite at Villa La Estancia, far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were perfect for two couples, and we used the beautiful kitchen facilities several times. The pool and hot tubs were perfect, and we woke every morning to beautiful weather and the sound of the waves. The parasailing was a new adventure for us--great experience. Jim made the reservation process easy, with lots of advice on transportation and restaurants. The service was outstanding. One of the waiters even copied music for my husband that we heard at the pool.We loved it and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have luxury at an affordable price.Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

This is a wonderful condo and resort. You are treated like royalty! The listing and photos accurately reflect the resort and condo. It is spacious, quiet, clean and the staff responded promptly to any of our requests. Although the on site restaurant is expensive, it is very good. We walked to Bucerias several days along the beach, had dinner and took a taxi back. If you are wanting a bit more activity, you can saunter next door to the Flamigos resort and join in thier activities. We had a great time and would not hesitate to return.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

Our family has always loved vacationing in the tropics. We have been to Hawaii many times and prefer the beaches and weather of Mexico. It is also less expensive and a much shorter flight.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
From our condo you are overlooking the pool area. You are also only 50 yards from the ocean. The beaches are fabulous and can be walked for miles. There is shopping in either direction on the beach. In addition, there are great restaurantss a short walk down the beach. Many activities are available right at the resort!
