  My family arrived on July 6th to find that our condo had no electricity due to a storm that hit the area the night before and knocked out the power in several areas. The owners were there to give us the news and they went out of their way to find us a place to stay until the power was turned back on; which was the next night. This condo is a nice place to stay expecially for the price. It is very roomy and the location was excellent for what we had planned for our vacation and you can definitely hear the train whistle from Dollywood. I love the high ceiling in the master bedroom, but if you like to sleep in late, don't choose this room; the sun shines through the high uncovered windows bright and early. You can view of the mountains from the side on the balcony; beautiful in the morning! The pool in the clubhouse didn't open until the 4th day of our 7 day trip. My son and his friend took advantage of the pool and had lots of fun. The condo has some age on it which shows in the bathroom fixtures, some of the furniture, and the carpet, but overall, I would recommend this unit for anyone that wants a great summer vacation in the Smokies. It is very close to the Old Mill area. The one thing that was disappointing was the Wi-Fi connection. We had 4 cell phones and all had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi which caused us to use our data. We thank the owner's for their kindness and help due to a situation out of their control. My family had a wonderful vacation and can't wait to return. We would definitely stay here again.

  quiet, close to everything, clean but has been WELL used, beds were like sleeping on boxsprings, I actually checked to see if someone had put boxsprings on top and mattress on bottom. I ended up sleeping on sofa cushions in the floor. Fan in master Very Noisy. I was reading previous reviews beds must have been changed. We cut vacation short.

  We stayed at this condo on New Year's weekend, it was CLEAN, and far enough off the main drag to be quiet and peaceful, yet close enough..that it only took us 5 minutes to get to the parkway. The company that we rented through were very easy to work with, and you can't beat the rates. We plan on staying here again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  The location of the condo was excellent, close to all the attractions in Piegon Forge and Gatlinburg. But, on the top of a mountain away from the crowds and noise. The accommodations very also excellent, clean and very comfortable, with everything a couple could want in a condo. We will be returning in the very near future.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

  This condo was a wonderful place to stay in Pigeon Forge. It is conveniently located to Dollywood and the main shopping areas. It was very clean and spacious. We took our two grandchildren with us (ages 7 and 10) and there was plenty of room for the four of us. The pool was very clean and within walking distance of the condo. I would definitely recommend above using a suite at a motel. We have been to Pigeon Forge on numerous occasions and recommend this condo to anyone whether it is the first trip or 100th trip

  Property was clean and comfortable. Very private setting yet just minutes away from the main festivities in Pigeon Forge. Pool and Jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed Dixie Stampede and shopping in the outlets. We will return!

  This condo is laid out very nicely and the beds are very comfortable. Its very close to the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge activities, but yet sits back in and is very quite and peaceful. Very affordable.
