Second bedroom has TV & VCR, 2 "comfy" twin beds or the OPTION TO CONVERT to KING (before your arrival). Cable TV (78 channels) in BOTH bedrooms and DEN (DVD player). All 3 mattresses are new and extremely comfortable. All new flooring (hardwoods), new sheets, comforters, curtains, new sofa & loveseat, dining table & chairs, etc... Balcony is great for enjoying a nice morning cup of coffee (Starbucks is close by!)&/or breakfast. Beach chairs are available for your use.
