We really enjoy Heritage Bay especially because of the golf, facilities and the community of people. This was a return stay in this unit (2012 & 2013) and this spacious 1st floor condo met our needs. We enjoying every minute of our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of linens for beds and both baths. The lanai was shady and perfect for reading and overlooking the course and the preserve...simple gorgeous views! It has easy access to a local pool and a nice walk to the clubhouse/gym. The owner goes above and beyond with many thoughtful touches to make you feel comfortable and the owner was extremely cooperative. We can highly recommend this unit would be very happy to stay here again in the future!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers.
