  This property is amazing! Seven of my family members and I stayed here during this year’s Inauguration of President Obama. The home is a quick drive to DC, but it is also fully accessible via public transportation (I personally took both modes of transportation). The pictures don't do the home justice. It is immaculately clean, and the owner has gone above and beyond to provide comforts of home. Most important is the owner deals fairly and with the highest level of integrity. When my travels, bring me back to the DC area I can only hope this property is available.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  This house was perfect for an influx of out of state guests attending my wedding in Olney, MD.There are no surrounding Inns or hotels in Olney and I wanted my family close by. The house was clean and spacious. It was very convenient.

  me and my family like the house , I never rent house was clean like this , the location was good , I will rent the house if i will come to the area again , because I dont think I will faind a clean hous like this, I would like to thank to owner for this lovely house.

  First thing when we arrived, was a warm welcome by an old neighborhood dog. Then we where impressed by the big tree in the front yard. the house has plenty of room for a family with 3 boys, each had his own room, which was very pleasant. the house has everything you need and even that there wasn't that much tv stations had a good thing: we played a lot of monopoly. just a fine place to be in the northern DC area

  This home was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and well maintained. It's not only convenient to Washington DC but we also had a pleasant drive to Baltimore Harbor and Gettysburg. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

  We rented this house to attend a meeting in the Bethesda area knowing that this wasn't the closest property. Still the commute was not that bad early in the morning. I was surprised by how close this house is to 270, and Germantown with restaurants and shops nearby. The house itself was very roomy, clean, comfortable and charming. Would recommend as a good rental for vacation, or business in the Bethesda, Baltimore or NW D.C. area.

  We stayed for a week to sightsee in the area. The location is great if you want to take in a range of places, we went to Baltimore and to Annapolis, as well as driving up to Lancaster county and heading into DC and Alexandria etc, also convenient to great malls. But the strong point is the house itself, large and still cozy, perfectly ready for our arrival. Loved the eat in kitchen, ended up never using the dining room. Great to have three bathrooms also and everything was spotless. We wanted to stay longer! Would have loved warmer weather to make greater use of the lovely terrace and backyard, had not quite expected to need the heating rather than air conditioning, but it worked great. It was also very reassuring to deal with Andrew, all messages were answered promptly, friendly advice and the reassurance that someone close by could help had it been needed, and the deposit was returned immediatley! I would recommend to any and all as long as you do not mind a 30 minute drive into town in exhange for a lovely setting and great deal!!!

  We enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Our son was getting married and we wanted to spend a week visiting family and enjoying the change of scenery. I wish we would have thought to host the wedding rehearsal dinner at your lovely home (as the family did before us), but we had a lovely wedding at Milton Chapel and our family was able to enjoy some time together before the big event. Your home was very welcoming and we would recommend it to everyone. We can't wait to return for another visit with our son and spend more time in your lovely home.

  This home is extremely well maintained. The pictures on the website don't do the property justice. The owners were more than helpful and the manager of the property lives next door. She was extremely helpful without being intrusive. My husband and I rented the home for our family to stay in with us for my son's wedding. It was perfect, it gave everyone their own space and allowed us to be together. We also had the wedding rehearsal dinner there and it was perfect for the 30 people that attended. I would love to go back and just stay there for a week just to relax. It would be nice if there was a hot tub on that fabulous private deck out back, Andrew and Vanessa! I would highly recommend this home for anyone wanting to vacation in the area.

  Our recent trip to Washington D.C was very enjoyable and this home afforded us a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The house was roomy with plenty of area for the kids to spread out and relax. The house was very clean and located in a very pleasant neighborhood with a nice at home feeling, we enjoyed meeting a few of the neighbors. With a family of five we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house.
