Transfer of membership enables guests to enjoy all the amenities that Cypress Woods Golf and Country Club has to offer. Lighted tennis courts and swimming pools, hot tubs, and fitness center for your enjoyment. Golf transfers enables guests (2) to reduced golf rates for the entire length of your stay. Day lockers are provided at no charge to guests. This home is over 2000 square feet with a private entrance and private garage. It is a well-appointed vacation residence, two bedrooms, two baths, with a den that has a sofa bed that sleeps two. King-size bed in master bedroom with walk-in closet and double vanity sink in master bedroom bath. The second bedroom has twin beds with a full bath adjacent. Eat-in kitchen plus formal dining in the shared living/dining room. Screened lanai with outdoor furniture for peaceful relaxing alfresco.

December 1 - March 31 ...$3900/month.  Extra weeks $1300.
May 1 - October 31 ......$1900/month.  Extra weeks $600.00
Membership Transfer for length of your stay (optional) is $150.
Exit cleaning fee is included for all reservations.
Discount available for Long-Term Rentals.
A $500 Refundable Security Deposit is due at time of booking.
Rent is due 60 days prior to arrival.
