Welcome to Villa Vista! This breathtaking 3 Bedroom 4 Bathroom Mediterranean beach residence is the very definition of a 5 star luxury vacation home. Custom built and recently completed in 2009, Villa Vista is situated one block from the beach and downtown restaurant and shopping area in picturesque Lauderdale By The Sea. This stunning vacation home truly offers the best of both worlds: A newly completed private heated pool, a spectacular 1200 square foot rooftop terrace, offering direct city and partial ocean views, as well as the crystal blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean one block away. This location is as good as it gets, for you and your party can truly walk everywhere. The Lauderdale by the Sea Municipal Park, offering tennis, basketball, soccer and a wonderful children's playground (slides, swings, etc.) is situated one block from your front door.
Entering on the ground floor, you are greeted by a large open foyer with marble flooring throughout. There is a full size bathroom with a custom marble shower on the ground floor. The laundry area is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The large and extremely open kitchen offers granite counters with custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen area offers an elevated granite breakfast counter with three barstools, as well as a separate dining table for six. The living room offers two couches (one of which is a sleeper sofa) with a 42” LCD television and dvd entertainment center. There are two eight foot sliding glass doors (with additional side windows) off the living room which lead to the large covered terrace overlooking the private custom heated pool. The pool is extremely relaxing and offers a six foot wide bench in which to relax
The second floor offers an extremely spacious and private master suite, equipped with a king size bed, two nightstands, a full size dresser and a large plasma television with entertainment center. The master also offers eight foot sliding glass doors which lead to a private (covered balcony) terrace which overlooks the rear yard and pool area. The master bathroom offers a Jacuzzi spa tub, separate marble walk-in shower and separate marble vanity sinks. Bedroom two is equipped with a king size bed, two nightstands, a dresser and large plasma television. There are eight foot sliding glass doors which lead to an oversized covered balcony terrace with direct eastern exposure. The second bathroom is equipped with a custom marble shower. Bedroom three is equipped with a full size bed, nightstand and dresser. The third bathroom is equipped with a marble shower.
The true appeal of the home lies on the third level, which offers a 1200 square foot rooftop terrace with direct city and partial ocean views! After staying here two times now, I can honestly say I could not be happier. First off, the location is as good as it gets. You really don't need a car. Close proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc is imperative for my wife and I when we travel as we have two young children. Calling this property close to such things is an under statement! From the front of the home, you can see the restaurants and shops! The home is equipped with a flat screen plasma and a full bathroom in each room plus a full size bathroom on the first floor! The home is top of the line when it comes to luxury and cleanliness. It has marble floors through out, granite kitchen, stainless appliances, beautiful furnishings, an open feeling (no cluster), an adorable pool, the list goes on and on! What was beyond unique and to die for was the HUGE roof top terrace over looking the city with the lounging and dining... talk about spectacular! Also, I must mention By the Sea Vacation Villas (as usual) was a pleasure to deal with and were very helpful when needing recommendations for childrens activities/good restaurants! I would HIGHLY recommend Villa Vista and By the Sea Vacation Villas. You won't be disappointed!Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I recently completed our third stay in Villa Vista and it was nothing short of fantastic! The location of Villa Vista is ideal for our family, for we are truly able to walk everywhere. The beach, restaurants and shops are immediately outside our door. Unlike the first year, the last two trips have been without a rental car -- as we found we simply did not need one. The villa continues to be impeccably maintained and is the perfect escape. Once again, the staff at By The Sea Vacation Villas has been a joy to work with. Tiffany makes the booking process so enjoyable and they treat us like family. Thanks Tiffany & Jason for once again over delivering! You guys are the best! Very nice. This rental is in a great location. Property is very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. Towels and chairs for the beach which is really close. A lot of shops and restaurants near by. Plenty of room. Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our trip to FL for a family wedding was made even more memorable by having stayed at this condo! We were very happy with the spaciousness, cleanliness, proximity to restaurants, shops and the beach-and especially the heated pool! (temps dipped to the 40's at night while we were there!!) The rooftop patio was most enjoyable when the wind was blowing but the sun was shining! We would recommend this property and it's agency to anyone traveling to that area in the future. I feel a "Girls Getaway" coming!!!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This is a modern house within 2 blocks from the beach and beachside restaurants. With three stories, it boasts 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, open living areas, and a great roof to sit on in the afternoons and enjoy the sunshine. Pool in the backyard provides some quiet relief from the salt and people of the beach. My large (extended) family and I recently escaped the frigid winter of the upper north east and elected to rent this vacation home, along with two other homes, through By The Sea Vacation Villas. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the professionalism and warmth we received from the staff and the home was exactly as advertised. The location was wonderful -- we were able to walk everywhere, which is nice when you have children like us. I believe we were the first guests to use the new heated pool (a nice addition to the property) and the rooftop terrace was the perfect location to enjoy dinner and drinks while overlooking Lauderdale by the Sea. Thank you, By The Sea Vacation Villas, for making our winter getaway a memorable occasion. The vacation home was everything as advertised and more. The layout was fantastic and the place was spotless. We loved the rooftop terrace and it was a delight to swim in the heated pool at night. Cant forget to mention the location - it's close to everything. The family would absolutely come back again . The vacation mgt co.
