As you pass through the door of this lovely condo you realize how many life long memories you will achieve as you embrace your new spectacular vacation getaway. Whether you desire a romantic escape or a brief withdrawal from the stresses of everyday life, there is something for everyone along the seven miles of sugar white sand. This is the perfect condo for creating endless memories, watching picture perfect sunsets, rekindling romance, or just reconnecting with your inner self and appreciating the finer qualities in life.
From the moment you enter the condo, you'll feel like you're "home again". Furnished and decorated in a beach motif, the unit has all the comforts of home. First you enter the kitchen/dining area with all the amenities for meeting your nutritional needs while relaxing at your Florida getaway. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with sliding glass doors that open up to the refreshing breezes found on the spectacular balcony offering a birds eye view of the estuary below and the breathtaking sunsets of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom is separated from the living room with an easy open/close sliding partition for complete privacy. Ceiling fans in the kitchen and master bedroom provide added relief to the cool air conditioned unit.
Now that you're here, it's time to relax on the open-air lanai listening to the waves and watching the dolphins feed in the morning (and play in the afternoon). Explore exotic birds in their natural habit in the “Critical Wildlife Area” (CWA, this is one of seven in the state of Florida, which is closely taken care of by the Audubon Society) - such as Roseate Spoonbills, Osprey, and many kinds of Herons as a few examples. If you vacation during the months of May through October, you'll be here for turtle season when you'll see the most beautiful Sea Turtles come up from the Gulf and lay their eggs - and then in a few months the babies come alive and instinctively make their way back to the Gulf of Mexico to start their new journey of life.
There are four free clay (Har-Tru) tennis courts, gas barbecue’s, ten acres of pristine professionally maintained landscaped areas to roam and an 18 hole executive golf course about a 7 1/2 minute walk away. There is WiFi for laptop users that can be accessed in the lobby area where there are tables and chairs for your comfort - as it is broadcast from the complex office next to our building. The nightlife splendor along the northern apex of the island boasts fine dinning with many establishments serving your favorite spirits along with an array of specialty shops within the Times Square Corridor. This area can be reached by hopping on one of the many trolleys that roam the island, as there is a very convenient pick up and drop off stop across from the condo.

About the owner: Margaret and Michael are lifelong East Coast beach goers who fell head over heels for Ft. Myer's Beach and the Estero Beach and Tennis Club where their condo is located. "We both work hard in the geriatric healthcare field and when it's time to unwind we want to go where the whole experience is about relaxing and washing away those aches and pains, worries and chills." The island (Estero Island) is suited for the aways-on-the-go northerner who so desperately seeks a calm and mellow environment to feel whole again. "That is just what it does for us and will for you as well!"
Why the Owner Chose Estero Beach & Tennis Club:
We were once again packing our bags for another trip to Fort Myer's Beach when we decided to schedule a meeting with a realtor "just to look around" at area condos. The whole island feels like paradise with swaying palm trees and clear sunny skies everyday. Once we walked inside our condo we needed no more convincing that this was the place for us! The beach decor, the cool surfboard lamp, as well as the sparkling clean, comfortable living space and furnishings (not to mention an abundance of amenities) made us all that more enthusiastic about making our dream condo a reality.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
While staying at the condo you'll have opportunities galore to simply kick back on the balcony and take in the afternoon breezes while pelicans float by on their way to the surf; or head down to the private pool for a swim and some rejuvenating sunshine; hike down the short path to the nearby private beach where the only challenge you'll face is where to position your beach chair(provided). Once back at the condo, enjoy a refreshing shower in the spacious full bathroom (with ceiling fan) before cooking a nice dinner on the glass-top stove (all tableware and cooking utensils included. Then enjoy the stereo for soft music while the sun sets in the Gulf outside the window opposite the living room sofa. Or pop in a DVD movie before heading out for a nightcap at any of the fine establishments nearby.
