Outstanding multi-million dollar luxury home located in North Forest Beach recent total remodel. We are located at 29 Sandpiper Street, Hilton Head Island, SC. North Forest Beach is Hilton Head’s best beach and surf area on the island with its great surf and wide beaches.

One of the best things about this magnificent vacation rental is the beach and it is just twenty-five steps out the courtyard gate. It is a beautiful beach that typically is not crowded as this part of the island is more private vacation homes; Coligny Circle is less than a mile from house.
Enjoy the privacy that the garden courtyard offers as you sun by our private pool or sit and enjoy the shaded outside sitting area. There is a Ping-Pong table and a covered bar area with bar stools and ceiling fans that make for a great place to watch the kids in the pool as well as catch some of the game on the TV or just sit and listen to music. The courtyard layout is great to help you keep an eye on the kids as the area is totally enclosed.
The spacious private home is ideal for a large family vacation or company outing with plenty of comfortable gathering points like the great room/living area, media area, upstairs game area, large kitchen, and two outside eating tables – one sits six, the other old fashion picnic style table will sit twenty, and two large balcony areas offers comfortable seating and great views. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator separate from a full size freezer and a standalone ice maker that is great for large gatherings. The home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms (sleeps 16-22!); design allows each adult bedroom to enjoy own room with private bathroom and each with king-size beds. The two master suites enjoy jacuzzi roman style tubs, large walk-in showers, and comfortable and quite reading areas with an ocean view. Two kids’ rooms share a bathroom and each has bunk beds made up of a double, twin up, and a twin trundle beneath. There is a full bathroom for the three queen size sleep sofas that provide additional sleeping space. There is plenty of televisions to please your crowd with a large 52” HDTV flat screen LCD in the media area with 46” flats in master suites and flats in all other bedrooms including the kids’ rooms each with DVD players – there is even a flat screen at the outside bar area. The home has a Xbox 360 so pack your games or rent some additional ones from the nearby Blockbuster. There is a stereo with iPod docking station so you can pipe music to the media area inside, the bar area outside, and the pool spa area as well.
The spa area can be heated during the cooler months and offers a great evening retreat from a long day of fun and activity. A glass of wine while enjoying the spa makes for a refreshing evening. There is a large double sided Savannah style charcoal grill that will provide some great memories and tasty BBQ. Under the covered area is an old style picnic table that will allow up to twenty to sit and enjoy a meal together.
Cooking is made easier with the fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen flows directly into living spaces which allow the conversation to continue, even while cooking. The home is very open, and airy thanks to the many windows that provided natural light. A large deck with an outside dining table looks out over the back of property just off the kitchen.
And when you get tired of the surf, the bogey boarding, walking or jogging on the beach, the paved bike/walking trail is only a few houses down the street. This trail system is connected throughout the island for miles and miles of adventure.
The home is in close proximity to local grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and movie theaters. With more than twenty top-flight golf courses, Hilton Head Island is a world class golf destination. Tennis is only a short walk to the Shipyard Tennis Resort and there are lots of fishing options for any angler.
The Hilton Head airport is a short fifteen minute drive and the larger Savannah airport is only forty-five minutes away. The proximity to downtown Savannah and Charleston make for some great daytrip options.

About the owner: My wife and I absolutely enjoy the beach and Hilton Head is one of the best. We love the location and recently completed remodeling the entire property from landscaping, outside furnishings, to new furniture, electronics, and décor throughout.

The beach is only a short twenty-five steps away, the large inviting pool set in a private courtyard is my retreat, and the spa after a long day truly refreshes me. The many golfing options is simply pleasurable, and I look forward to getting some fishing in on occasion. My wife enjoys the sound of the ocean’s surf while sitting by the pool and she loves the many nice restaurant options as well as the area shopping opportunities. Above all the rest, simply spending time with family and friends in this special place make this a special get-a-way for us.
