    As you walk in the view is what we first noticed and is wonderful. We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed all the many small touches that make a stay memorable. The condo is clean, well kept, and they only ask that you leave it in the same condition as you found it. They have paid attention to detail and directions are clear. The internet is secured and that was a big plus for us. I would recommend this place to anyone.

    We are no strangers to Kihei Alii Kai, having enjoyed the property probably over a dozen times. It is close to the beach and all amenities, but set back a short block enough to make it very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed Vic and Kathy's unit the last 2 years and like all the other contributors here we found the unit supremely well organized and of course clean. Well done Vic and Kathy. You can be very proud of this unit.

    We had a fantastic holiday based at Kathy and Vic's condo in Kihei! Kathy was a joy to deal with, start to finish, and the condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed to make our vacation easy and enjoyable. We loved the location of the condo as well, with a great beach, stores and restaurants and an ABC store all within a block or two. We can't wait to get back there!

    The premises were in excellent condition when we arrived, and we made sure it was in as good a condition when we completed this, one of our many holidays on this Island. We are frequent visitors to this vacation paradise and were married on the beach years ago near the Grand Wailea Resort not far from the "Bernard's" condo. This visit was especially dear to us because this time we spent Christmas and New Years on the Island and were within safe distance from the condo after celebrating these two special events. Kathy & Vic, we thank you for the privilege of renting your immaculate condo, and we highly recommend it to others.

    Right from booking the condo to the final days I was throughly impressed by the way I was dealt with in a professional, welcoming, kind, and fair manner. The owners have shown that they really care about their place by keeping it so well organized and clean. I highly recommend this condo as a place to stay for its proxemity to beautiful beaches, shopping, and places to eat out.

    I have stayed at this complex a few times now and this condo was definitely one of the more clean, updated and well organized and well stocked that I have encountered. There were more than enough toiletries for our entire visit we did not need to buy anything and there was a lovely welcome basket when we arrived after a very long day of travel. A great place!

    This condo is amazing, it has everything you could ever ask for. My husband and I spent 12 glorious days in our favorite place Kihei and the trip was made even better with this great rental property. We have booked it again for next year and will be counting the days. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you for renting it to us.

    We just arrived home after spending 3 wonderful weeks at Kathy & Vic's condo. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. We especially liked having the Wifi as well as Free long distance calling, so we could stay in touch with family at home. Kathy was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

    I stayed in this condo from Jan 4 to 11, 2012. It was spotless, well organized and had everything I needed and more. I enjoyed the CD's and DVD's, also the information on sightseeing and restaurants. It was great to walk to the beach every day and watch the sunset from the lanai. Hoping to return some day. Thank you Kathy & Vic for sharing your beautiful condo. I felt like a princess!

    My husband and I stayed at this location for two glorious weeks at the end of November. The condo was immaculate and very well cared for. The upgrades done to the kitchen and front room were fabulous. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with a wide selection of dishes for inside the condo as well as outside. A huge selection of acrylic ware is essential, which this condo has. The fridge was well stocked with staples such as mayo, ketchup and mustard as well as a variety of spices, jam and peanut butter. The barbeque sites were great with new gas bbq's. As well as a great stocked kitchen, the owners have certainly taken their time to include a large amount of reference materials pertaining to the island of Maui. We especially enjoyed the book Maui Revealed. I think we covered the whole island in all of its splendour. Thanks again for a wonderful place. We have and will continue to recommend this property to our friends and relatives

    Good spot with a pool and a short stroll from the beach. Very clean with all the amenities. Within walking distance to many shopping spots and easy to pick anything up in a pinch no vehicle required. Will most defiantly come back as our stay was quiet enjoyable!

    We spent a week in May 2011 and had a very enjoyable vacation. The condo was very clean and furnished in a comfortable and welcoming motif. We had everything that we needed for our stay and good directions where to find what we required. The photos, descriptions and directions matched what we found when we arrived. It was a very short walk to the beach and restaurants and stores were close by. We would reccommend this condo to our friends and will return when time permits.

    Stayed a week in Kihei, Maui at this rental. It was a great place, very clean and centrally located. Just steps away from many beaches. Nice and private and excellently appointed for a fair price. Would definitely rent from them again!

    We came to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful stay in Maui! It was a great condo, so comfortable and what a breathtaking view. We were very close to the best beaches and awesome eateries all around! Definitely have to check out La Taquera Cruz for their tacos! All in all it was the perfect stay, home away from home, we will be back to celebrate every birthday from now on and hopefully we can squeeze in a few more stays in between.
