  The condo was extremely clean and very spacious. Master bedroom/bath: the bed was particularly comfortable and the bathroom in sparkling condition. Second bedroom/bath: it was a dream to find a place where each of my children could sleep comfortably in their own bed (3 beds in one bedroom are hard to come by!), and the bathroom was great (just use the anti-slip rug for the tub). It was wonderful to have ample dining space at the large table. The kitchen had everything we needed and I liked having a washer/dryer right in the condo. We enjoyed both of the pools on site; the pool areas and general landscaping in this gated condo complex were beautifully maintained. On our first day we walked to the beach, but other days we drove a mile down the seawall for better sand. An exceptionally clean Wal-Mart is right across the street. Gregg, the owner, responded very quickly to all of our questions and was professional and helpful, and accessible. We had a great experience!

  We enjoyed staying in this condo at the Dawn. The room looked just as described in the pictures. We would definitely stay here again and Greg was very nice and helpful. The pools were nice and the area well landscaped and well kept. The Condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. We had a glitch with the AC but a serviceman was there within the hour to fix it. We weren't able to get the Cable TV to work, but not sure if that was a problem on our end (we didn't call to ask about it). Only local channels came through. Also, the wireless internet was $9.95/day. But, it was nice to be 'unplugged' for a few days and just enjoy taking it easy!

  We just returned from an extended weekend at this wonderful condo. We have never had a better stay anywhere, than we did at this condo. As soon as we walked in the door, we knew that our stay was going to be great! This condo is beautiful on the inside and out. The condo is spacious, and slept our family of 5 very comfortably. Tastefully decorated so that we felt right at home. It has all the amenities that you would need, including two beautiful pools on the grounds. You will be within 5 - 10 minutes of all of Galveston's major attractions and the wonderful tucked-away venues, as well! We are already working with the owners to secure our extended stay for next summer. We'll never stay in a hotel again, as long as we are able to stay at this location. A huge "Thank You" to the owner for making our stay here so much fun!

  Hi Gregg, This condo was perfect for my parents, husband and I. We had such a wonderful time staying here. Its such a beautiful place to stay. We had everything we needed for cooking, it was so great to have a kitchen fully furnished with kitchen utensils and everything. I would totally recommend staying here again for us and for friends and family. The beach accross the street and shopping centers right next door came in handy. This condo was a perfect location near alot of places. We want to thank you so much for a fabulous stay here at the Dawn. Hope all is well! Thanks :)

  Fabulous condo. It was very organized, spacious and clean. We all enjoyed the seawall, beach and the many places to eat. Also it was close to Moody Gardens and not too far from the Space Center. We all had a great time.

  we live in oregon and we were looking for a place to spend time with our son, daughter-in-law and NEW grandson as they live in Houston, this was perfect!! 2 bedrroms and 2 baths offered us privacy but together as a family. we loved walking on the seawall at night!!! Very comfortable, felt like home

  We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very clean, nice decor, roomy, and had a the conveniences of being away from home. The location was great being right across the street from the beach. I would definitely recommmend it to others.

  Our stay in Galveston at the Dawn was characteristic of extravagant hospitality at its best. The accommodations were fresh, comfortable and more than met our expectations. Working with and meeting Gregg was easy and indeed, a pleasure. All this in addition to playing on Galveston Island---what could be better! We loved the Mosquito Cafe, the Original Mexican Restaurant, the Mediterranian Cafe, and our usual haunts on the strand including La King's Confectionary. The healing waters of the Gulf is the reason we love to go and all of the wonderful extras add to our enjoyment. We are always looking forward to returning and hope the Dawn will be available.
