Excellent property. Well equipped, clean and exactly as shown in photos and written description. Friendly and responsive owner. Great location for travel to beach, restaurants and sightseeing.

Mike takes a personnel interest to assure you have a home away from home. All amenities were provided, shampoo, shaving cream, hair dryers, curling iron, everything for day at the beach. Central location convinient to beach, restrurants and shopping. 80 degrees every day and only one day of rain for month of April.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

This condo exceeded my expectations! I am very picky when it comes to accommodations as I have been tricked by pictures in the past. Upon my arrival, I was beyond pleased to find the condo looking EXACTLY like the pictures! In addition, the owners are very thoughtful and provided just about everything you might need (except groceries) during your stay. I would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it! The owners are extremely professional and very helpful.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great time at the condo! We were happy to see that it was clean and the furnishings were new and you had even included beach chairs and umbrella! Our kids were happy to have their own bedrooms, sometimes they have had to share on vacation. We swam at the community pool a couple times and sat in the hot tub at night. The complex was quiet and we enjoyed sitting out on the screen porch at night, just having quiet time. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and we will definitely stay with you again on any return trips to Ft Myers! Thanks!

Description and pictures of the condo were accurate including amenities. Bright, cheerful, very well maintained and beautifully furnished. Location and convenience were excellent still giving us the privacy we were looking for. We loved Sanibel Island which was only about 15 minutes away. Worth the $6 bridge toll. Especially enjoyed the lighthouse beach on Sanibel with shells galore and a fishing pier. Learned to get to most beaches by 10:00 a.m. to find parking. Pinchers in Ft. Myers Beach was delicious and on the water and we always like to stop at Mel's Diner (50s decor). Mike & Nancy are great to work with and we thank them for sharing a little bit of their paradise with us. Would highly recommend.
