There is a King bed in the master bedroom with private bath, a Queen bed in the second master, with private bath, Twin/Twin beds in the third bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper in the loft. All bedrooms including the loft have flat screen TVs and all three bedrooms have iPod docks.
This property has high-speed internet access, a new stackable washer/dryer and a 2 car garage. The Lakeside complex has two common area hot tubs, a heated swimming pool and a sauna. A short walk takes you to Deer Valley's parking lot shuttle for easy ski lift access. This is a non-smoking property.

About: Expats living in London UK for business. We love to get to Deer Valley/Park City several times per year so we bought our own place, planned a comprehensive remodel, and then completed the 'town home of our dreams.'
We adore Deer Valley, we love the all-season ambiance and convenience at Lakeside, and this town home at 2200 sq ft seemed like the optimal size for our remodel plans. The mountain and water views from the balcony are superb and we feel like it's our mountain hideaway yet we are less than a mile from Park City's Main Street. We could not find a better balance of location and enjoyment for us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
It's fabulous for us in all seasons. In winter we walk just 40 yards from the edge of the complex and hop on the free Deer Valley parking area shuttle, so it's about the most convenient possible without spending 3x as much money. We enjoy great views of Deer Valley slopes as well as the pond right outside our door (frozen over in winter to be sure). Deer Valley Drive is only a block away and we often go up to Main St. to dine, or simply to enjoy walking around with all the galleries and shops. The Lakeside amenities are great with heated pool, hot tubs, and sauna. We love that our town home is A LOT more spacious than most 3 bedroom or 3 bedroom and loft types of properties we looked at when we were buying. Ours is 2200 sq ft and so many in this price range are *only* 1600 to 1800 sq ft. We have plenty of room to spread out when we have houseguests! Please review all the high-end features we added in our remodel, as you would be lucky to find anything like this in Deer Valley that's not 2 or 3 times the price.
