Treat yourself and your family and friends to a stay in our professionally decorated 1,900 sq. ft. home. Enjoy the privacy of the back yard overlooking the natural preserve with the mountains in the background while barbecuing a delicious steak. You can challenge your friends to a game of foosball or air hockey in our new games room. If you prefer to get out and about the community, then you may use the bicycles and sporting equipment that is provided for your use.
Just relax or enjoy the many nearby activities. See the Indians and Reds play ball in spring training, watch fast paced Nascar at Phoenix International Raceway, or catch the Coyotes playing your favorite hockey team. There are two great golf courses nearby and many more within a short drive.
During your stay you will be conveniently located for day-tripping to beautiful Sedona, Lake Havasu City to see the London Bridge, and you are next to Estrella Mountain Regional Park for hiking and biking. The Grand Canyon is a must see.
For a small added fee, you can enjoy the residence center with swimming pools, water park, fitness and aerobics center, all overlooking one of two catch and release fishing lakes.
For stays of a month or more an interim housekeeping visit is required. Additional charges will apply based on the amount of work required by housekeepers to maintain the house in its rentable condition, guests can save additional cleaning charges by maintaining residence cleanliness.

My husband and I enjoyed our two week stay at the Rock Wren house!! It was so relaxing, and the accommodations were just as the pictures showed. The location of the home, backing up to the open space, and the view of the mountains, was so peaceful. We enjoyed a couple of Goodyear ballgames, and was so amazed at how much more shopping there was since we had last been to Estrella. The "game room" was a hit with our grandson, and the fenced back yard was just what we were looking for since we were traveling with our dog.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with desert views out back. This area is on the fringe of greater Phoenix so is less congested. Traffic is moderate. Two golf courses are easily accessable; Estrella for the better golfers and TresRios for golfers like me. The house has everything you might need including a full range of cable TV programming. There was a trip to the Grand Canyon with a stop in Sedona. Also I enjoyed "My Fair Lady" at the Orpheum in downtown Phoenix. Cabellas in Glendale is another interesting place to spend part of a day.

We found this home to be very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The property description and photos accurately depicted the home in general. However, our family was pleasantly suprised at the level of amenities not mentioned. We felt right at home with such items as filtered drinking water, LCD HD TVs in each bedroom, home theater surround sound in the family room, and a well equiped kitchen that would satisfy the most demanding chefs.The view of the Estrella Mountains and the Sonora Desert provided a beautiful backstop while lounging on the cozy patio. We were blessed with very mild weather almost every day with temperatures in the 70's. There are many activities to enjoy within the Estrella Mountain community including golfing, hiking, bicycling and swimming at the fitness center. For the serious biker, I recommend taking Estrella Parkway to Willis Rd, then turn left onto Rainbow Valley were you head south into the desert. You are rewarded with beautiful views of mountains, desert and cotton fields! You can ride 30 to 50 miles with limited traffic and good roads. . We definitely would recommend this home for our friends and family. It was hard to get my wife and daughter to leave this environment for the remaining winter weather in Idaho. .

This was a great place and wonderful experience it was easy to find and clean and open we just loved it the kids had fun going on the trails behind the house we would recommend this to anyone and would love to come back and stay again. the home was very roomy and had a great home feeling we had a wonderful time.

We had our family of 9 at the home for two weeks and enjoyed the home, it was just the right size. We even had a Christmas tree in living room and a wreath on the door! The new games room was a great diversion for the boys with endless hours of competition. It was even warm enough for sailing on the Lake and we found a local golf course just 4 miles away that had afternoon rates of $15/person including cart. We will be back next year, thank you.

we had 8 days in Estrella and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and yoour georgeous home. The NASCAR race was a first for us and were so pleased to find the home less than 10 minutes from the track. the golf courseat the entrance to estrella mountains has very reasonable rates $15 plus cart. the grass in backyard was a treat and the well-cared. I see the garage is being converted to a games room - look forward to that on my next trip! Thanks for being our Home away from Home in Arizona.

The house is lovely. Plenty of room. Plenty of room in the completely secure back yard for our Great Dane. House is exactly as pictured save the patio furniture, slightly different. Neighborhood is absolutely quite. Enjoyed everything about it except for one thing. The master bed is so uncomfortable, we slept in another room. This was the only drawback to this listing otherwise I'd have rated it 5 stars. Would recommend this place to others and would rent it again.
