This is a premier, gated, adult community sometimes better known as "DISNEY WORLD FOR ADULTS" or "A LITTLE SLICE OF PARADISE" or "FLORIDA’S FRIENDLIEST HOMETOWN." The Villages is best known for its onsite free nightly entertainment and dancing in The Villages Town Square and Katie Belle's Night Club, seven nights a week. It is a new patio villa with 1200 square feet of living space, screened lanai, and a one and a half car garage. The villa is situated in Bomley Villa's, in the Village of Chatham. Its location is within walking distance of the new Chatham recreation center, pool, and tennis courts. It is also only a three-minute walk to Nancy Lopez Championship 27 hole golf course, country club, tennis courts, and upscale restaurant.
Sit back on the lanai and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. Play 9 or 18 holes of golf and have lunch at the clubhouse pool bar and grill. Relax in one of the 35 pools and then head down to the town square for live music, dancing, and happy hour every night. Dine in one of the seven country club restaurants (fine dining or casual) or one of the great restaurants on Town Square. After dinner take in a movie or head over to Katie Belle's Night Club for some late night live entertainment and dancing.

Have had the pleasure of this home for two weeks and hope to rent again. It is clean, well furnished and has all the features presented in the ad. Rental agent pleasant and nice to work with. No problems... everything very enjoyable

May 27, 2005 Great place to spend a holiday weekend. Weather great and so much to see and do. Would highly recommend Ron's house. Tastefully decorated and great ammenities.

I've stayed many times inside "The Villages" and to be honest,. there's no better place in the world. My father in law is the director of security there, and we stay with them when we visit, but, I would love to buy a home there as soon as possible. I would rent anywhere inside, because ALL the homes are beautiful. There's so much to do, and so much to take in. A month isn't near enough time. Highly recomended for ANYBODY who needs to get away from the ratrace we call "life" I can't wait to LIVE inside the Villages. Thank You!!

This Villa is great....and now with this Villa you get a 4 Seat Golf Car that can now be driven at night..No other rental in THE VILLAGES offers this option. NO NEED TO EVEN RENT A CAR
