  September is the best time of year to visit Pensacola Beach! We practically had the beach to ourselves. The townhouse is about a minute's walk away from the Gulf. Everything you need for your beach excursion is in the garage! Don't bother bringing floats, chairs, umbrellas, or sand castle supplies, it's all there already. There's also a fully stocked kitchen, other than the food of course, which made cooking meals there very convienent. And the townhouse was more than enough room for 5 adults and a toddler. We actually had 3 empty beds! Loved the master suite's balcony and hammock. I highly recommend Beachside II, the owners were very nice and communication with them was a breeze.

  We just got back from staying at this wonderful beach house and I wish I could go back again. :D It was great for Adults and kids. It is decorated beautifully. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach which we made every day, multiple times a day. Lots of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas already there for you to use which was great. Thanks for letting us use your wonderful home. The Johnsons, The Carters and the Jones'

  What a marvelous vacation! It had been over ten years since the entire family has able to vacation together so it was important that we selected just the right place. Beachside II was perfect! Spacious bedrooms, one bedroom large enough for all the kiddos, well equipped kitchen. We plan to come back year after year for this new family tradition!

  We spent a week and enjoyed every minute. The home is very comfortable with great decor. Jeff and Kathy have provided everything needed both in the home and on the beach for a relaxing vacation. Just a few steps and you were on the beautiful beach. The rental process was very easy and we would recommend Beachside II without hesitation.

  Four of us needed to get in some relaxation time. The area, the beach, the restaurants were all top notch. "Beachside II" was icing on the cake.It was extremely well equipped if you wanted to eat in and was so very comfortable, we felt very much at home. The beach was only steps away

  We love the beach. Have been going there for years, never get tired of the beauty and peacefulness of the water. We stayed in a gorgeous, new 4 bedroom townhouse. It was far mor than we expected. So tastefully decorated, and yet very welcoming and comfortable. It was very clean, smallest detail had been thought of. Shopping and restaurants very close. Margaritaville, (Buffett fans), Peg Leg Pete's are places we go every time we are there. Owners were very prompt in answering concerning the reservations, and any other questions we had. We can't wait to go back and highly recommend to anyone that it would be a great place to be. Excellent for families!!!!!!! Oversize garage has been made into huge recreation area. Basketball, foosball table,ping pong, video games, polish golf and a bicycle built for two!,,,,,, They really got it goin on!!!!!!!! 5 flat screens tvs, 2 or more DVD players, wi fi and cable tvs. Great place to get away from it all.......

  We stayed at Beachside II for a week in June 2011. This condo has everything you would need to have an excellent vacation. The condo was beautiful. The beach was very pretty. The views from the balcony were excellent. Renting the condo was so easy. We had an excellent vacation.

  We spent two fabulous months at Beachside II. Jeff and Kathy made the rental and check out process so easy. The condo is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We can not say enough great things about the condo. It is not only spacious, bright and cheerful but also immaculate. The condo and all the bedrooms are huge. It is so well-equipped that after we got settled in, we felt like we were at home. We really hated to leave. The views of the beach from the back decks are amazing. You are only steps away from a beautiful and quiet beach. We spent hours taking walks on the beach, looking for sea shells and building sand castles. We enjoyed watching the most amazing sunrise and sunsets we have ever seen on the beach. A special bonus is all the extra space in the garage. It was so great to be able to park 2 cars inside. We played Foosball and basketball and rode bikes. Even though the condo is in a peaceful location, you are close to the main area of Pensacola Beach and only 10 minutes away from Gulf Breeze and 20 minutes from downtown Pensacola. It is so easy to get anywhere you want to go.

  We stayed in Beachside II for two weeks in December, 2010. The house is beautiful and immaculate! The decks are wonderful. My husband loved the garage! Near enough to everything and well off the beaten path (a real plus for us). House is gulf side and has view of beach from side decks. Nice views of bay and gulf from third floor deck (master suite)! Extras - ample parking space, nicely furnished, great kitchen, appliances, and kitchenware. Felt at at home. Will be back again!!

  After searching for a property to suit a family retreat, Beachside II presented the location, space, and amenities we were looking for. The listing and photos are spot on. It is a beautiful, well-equipped place. After getting settled in, we felt like we were at home. The well equipped kitchen made it easy to serve up dinner for everyone. Walk out onto the sidewalk from the bottom floor patio, turn right, and you are steps away from the beach walk over the dunes and on the beach. The second and third floor patios were both fantastic for morning coffee and evening talks. Indoors, we wached TV, played Twister, cards, and threw some dice. We played Foosball and basketball in the garage. A couple of brave souls took the tandem bike around the block. Jeff and Kathy were always quick to answer my questions and they made the rental process delightfully smooth. I especially appreciated the updates they provided after we'd booked the property and the oil spill occurred. I'm glad to say that the oil did not impact our enjoyment of the beach, swimming, looking for shells, looking for crabs, playing in the sand, and having a darn good visit to Pensacola Beach. I would recommend Beachside II and would return myself. I left some coupons for first time visitors to Aveda Fusion Spa and Salon in the basket on the bar...maybe someone else would also like a massage, facial, or mani/pedi when they visit. We love Peg Leg Pete's...the stuffed grouper is divine. Fort Pickens has a guided tour everyday at 2pm for the history buffs. The Naval Air Museum is great. Loved our stay. We look forward to our next visit.
