Property description

This beautiful third floor corner condo has a direct beach front view from the living area and master bedroom. The 34 foot balcony with a glass railing features spectacular views of the gulf, swimming pool, and sandy white beach. Wake up to sound of waves from the master suite and enjoy a quiet dinner on the balcony while watching an incredible sunset.

The Beachcomber is a well-maintained, six-story, 40-unit building located right on the beach, and has a lovely heated pool for the residents exclusive use.

Our condo has been newly updated (2013) with a tropical theme and is completely furnished with bedding, linens, kitchen utensils, and cookware. The end unit with southern exposure ensures a bright sunny vacation experience.

We are located across the street and within easy walking distance of the Publix grocery market, tennis courts, restaurants, and several smaller shops. Saint Armands Circle shopping district is a five minute drive, downtown Sarasota and the Palm Avenue art galleries are ten minutes away. We are unit 302 at the Beachcomber.

The corner end unit allows windows on an additional outside wall, so this unit is particularly cheery and sunny. The view from the balcony is one of the best on the island, looking across the swimming pool and the white sandy beach.
