Seascape 513 was recently purchased this winter. The property owner’s goal was to create one of the most beautiful condominiums offered in Charleston. His new home was taken all the way back to the studs of the wall prior to the start of the renovation.
Today, Seascape 513 features Versailles natural stone smooth floors throughout the main living area as well as in every bathroom. Some of the finest pieces of furniture on the Island are featured in each room in addition to flat panel televisions in every bedroom as well as the living area.
