Estivemos hospedados por 07 dias neste excelente apartamento, incrustado num bairro todo arborizado, muito bem cuidado. Você poderá até caminhar por entre as alamedas floridas no final de tarde e admirar construções de estilo vitoriano, bastante comuns nesta região da cidade. Além disso, há várias lojas de conveniência e fácil acesso a vários meios de transporte: ônibus, táxi, metro. Assim, recomendamos este apartamento a quem queira se sentir em casa em Santiago, Chile. Muito bom, o apartamento é bem equipado, excelente localização fácil acesso ao metro, os proprietários me atenderam muito bem quando solicitei, os funcionários do prédio também são muito atenciosos. Quanto a limpeza, apenas um alerta aos proprietários para fiscalizar quem faz, o carpete do quarto estava sujo. The apartment, the concierge, the owners were all fantastic. The apartment is fully equiped and clean in a great location. Estivemos hospedados nesse ótimo apartamento em Santiago durante oito dias. O apartamento além de bem decorado e bonito, tem tudo que uma família precisa para ficar bem instalada. Muito limpo, com roupas de cama e banho limpas e boas. Tem todos os eletrodomésticos necessários para uma uma estadia confortável. O bairro é bonito e agradável. Tem uma estação de Metro a uns quatro quarteirões do apartamento e uma avenida importante próxima onde pode-se pegar taxi com muita facilidade. Tive todas as orientações que necessitei com o Sr. Eduardo. Eu e minha família adoramos Santiago e a estadia nesse apartamento. Recomendamos a todos.Owner response: Hola. Muchas gracias por su notas. Tivemos o prazer de conhecer esta bela cidade, ficarmos hospedados neste excelente apartamento e conhecermos os seus proprietários Sr. Eduardo e. Sra. Janete. O apartamento está localizado em Las Condes, um bairro residencial nobre e muito bonito de Santiago. É totalmente equipado, decorado de muito bom gosto e muito confortável. Caminhando fica a 5 minutos da estação de metro Escuela militar e a uma quadra de uma loja de conveniência, loja Donuts, delicatessen e farmácia. Eduardo e Janete, prazer em conhece-los e muito obrigado. Estivemos uma semana em agosto em Santiago do Chile e ficamos hospedados no apartamento da Familia Aguero Souto. O apartamento é ótimo, super bem equipado, com tudo funcionando, tem sistema de aquecimento de piso e as camas são bem confortáveis. Também é bem localizado, num bairro residencial lindo, tem supermercado e loja de conveniência 24 horas a poucas quadras e próximo a uma estação de metro - Escuela Militar (em Santiago de metro você pode ir a muitos lugares). Outra vantagem é que não há horários de check in e check out eles deixam a chave na portaria. Dica: Se você estiver de carro deve lembrá-los de deixar o controle da garagem, pois não pegamos e era chato toda hora ter que pedir aos porteiros que abrissem a garagem. Estadia Perfeita, já tenho uma casa no chile!!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We stayed here for five weeks in May/June 2011 and had a wonderful experience. The place is clean, nicely furnished, and quiet. My husband, son, and I felt very comfortable during our stay. My husband is from Chile and I have been traveling to Chile for extended periods over the past ten years. We appreciated the apartment because we could just show up from the airport and unpack our bags. Everything was ready for us. The metro (Escuela Militar) is a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment and you can buy most basic groceries at the metro station or nearby on Colon (by the Starbucks). A short taxi ride will take you to a Jumbo or Lider, one of the larger grocery chains. The apartment is also located next to one of the major streets in Santiago (Amerigo Vepuccio) and is a good location for catching public buses. We put our son in a Chilean preschool during our stay and there were a number to choose from within walking distance. We eventually settled on a preschool that was about two blocks away -- a fast walk even for little legs. Overall we give the apartment and the experience two thumbs up. We never met the owners in person, but found them to be very responsive to emails and phone calls. They answered all of our questions promptly and professionally. The building staff are also friendly and helpful.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My husband, our 20-year-old son and I stayed here for two weeks in April and we simply loved the place. The flat is just as described on the website: very clean, well-appointed, in a very good location, very comfortable and safe - even my Chilean cousins were impressed with it when they dropped us off from the airport!! It was like a home from home. My husband is a bit particular about sleeping in a strange bed, but he found the one in the master bedroom very comfy (just like one of the previous guests). The other reviews are also totally accurate about the accessibility to public transport from here and grocery shopping. I would add that a 'bip!' card covers both the metro and buses, making it very easy to move around the city - and jumping on a bus if not feeling like walking to/from the metro. Yes, it may be a little far from the town centre for some people (about 9/10 metro stops) but it was ideal for us as most of our relatives live around this area, and there are still many places of interest at this end of the town. In addition, the shop mentioned on Cristóbal Colón with Flanders, near Starbucks, had delicious freshly baked bread every day and we got some for breakfast nearly every morning. In the other direction, eastbound on Colón, there is a fantastic café, an Austrian patisserie called Cory (about 10-minute walk from the building). I also have to mention that, unlike one of the previous guests, we never had any problems in relation to noise (ours or someone else's) or neighbours complaining about it. We found the staff at the reception desk very helpful and the place IS staffed 24 hours a day and the entrance monitored, as we could verify coming back from a few (very late) nights out. The owners, Jeanette and Eduardo, were really nice people. We only met Jeanette in person and dealt with Eduardo either through e-mail or on the phone, but on every occasion they were both very attentive and warm and still very professional in the way they dealt with our queries and their prompt response. You can tell the moment you arrive in the flat that they have made every effort to make their guests feel as comfortable as possible. We will be definitely coming back here for our next visit to Chile!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This apartment is clean, neat and nicely furnished. Location is close to metro station. (10 minute walk) Bonus items: Washer/dryer in the apartment, free wifi, Starbucks just down the street. Good value for the price and the owners are very helpful and speak fluent English.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a great apartment! Located about a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest subway. GREAT VIEWS. CLEAN!!! CLEAN!!! CLEAN!!! I have to mention also the comfortable beds. I was extremely happy with the location and the apartment. The only thing that was a negative was the thin walls and we were accused by the security desk downstairs of making noise...WE WERE OUT EXPLORING SANTIAGO..so that was bothersome. OTHERWISE, we loved it and had no issues. The owner met us at arrival and departure..EXTREMELY NICE WOMAN. We will definitely stay again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing.

This is a great apartment in a great part of Santiago. Santiago is a clean city, and in Las Condes, it's almost impossible to see a piece of trash anywhere. Very safe, too. The apartment was clean, modern, and new. The owners are fantastic people--very friendly, honest, and professional. I can't imagine anybody that would be nicer to rent from. This is a really nice part of the city to stay in if you are going to Santiago for business or pleasure. There is a Starbucks around the corner, and tons of restaurants within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. Taxis are come by every minute, and it only costs a couple of dollars to go to Parque Arauco Mall, which has a great food court and lots of restaurants (be sure to go to a place in the food court called "Domino" and get a filete (steak) sandwich with chirimoya juice. It's just incredible). These owners had another place a few blocks away that we stayed at also. That apartment was great too, and it had this cafe/bakery called "Los Saldes" around the corner that had the best coffee and pastries imaginable. There was also this casual, yet incredibly good sushi place called "Too Much Japanese". Very convenient location close to pharmacies, markets, dry cleaners, Block Busters, bars, parks, Metro station, etc. I will definitely stay here every time I return to Santiago.
