Welcome home to our beautiful Spanish Modern Retreat. Our home is located in the most sought after estate community in the City of Indio, nestled against the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains. Montage at Santa Rosa is a new community with a European charm you’re just going to love. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Coachella Valley with the deserts best recreations & special events within a short drive, and only 20 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport. Our home is completely furnished with all modern amenities with an outdoor living experience like no other.
Our home is situated on a ½ acre lot providing maximum privacy and ample space. It features an open great room with gas fireplace and 10 foot high ceilings (throughout) with an open furniture layout for maximum flow and living. Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for all your dining needs including all stainless steel appliances and slab granite countertops. All bedrooms are fully furnished with fine linens and equipped with pillow top mattresses for your comfort and a good night’s sleep. All bathrooms are stocked with amenities and furnished with plush soft towels. Relax and entertain yourself with our 52” and 42” wide-screen HD TV’s equipped with cable premium sports/movie channels, DVD players with an extensive DVD Collection, Play Station console with variety of games. The home also features broadband high-speed wireless internet, a large home office setup with computer and All-In-One Printer/Copier/Scanner/Fax and free local and domestic long-distance calling.
Our unique outdoor modern living environment is designed for entertaining. Featuring a covered outdoor dining and living area with unique multi-level design. The covered patio features ceiling fans and recessed lighting, serene landscape design, modern patio/pool furniture, pool toys & floatation devices/loungers plus plenty of tanning area. This luxurious Spanish Modern home has its own large private heated saltwater pool and spa with a tranquil cascading waterfall. The pool has a large tanning/beach entry area, perfect for children or lounging. You will also enjoy the two water jets which spray water to the center of the tanning area, great entertainment for kids. The pool is outfitted with a built-in removable volleyball setup ready for your spike. The pool and spa area is safeguarded with a removable child safe transparent fencing for maximum safety and minimal visual disturbance. Enjoy the fabulous view and sounds of the uniquely designed water feature while warming up with fabulously incorporated linear trough gas fire-pit. Cook your outdoor meals in a fine outdoor gas BBQ with oven, rotisserie, large burners and warming drawer, all of which is tucked behind the beautiful water feature for easy accessibility without the visual disturbance. Take a stroll across the bridge, pick and enjoy a fresh grapefruit, orange or lemon from our orchard. Very well kept home modern and very clean. Owner manager extremely personable and helpfull at all times. My family would be happy to stay at his " Spanish Modern Retreat " on future visits to the Palm Springs area.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We rented this house from Julio for Coachella and had an absolutely amazing stay. The house was beautiful and offered plenty of room for me and my 10 guests. The pool and hot tub were perfect for daytime lounging, and the house was walking distance from the venue. Everything was in great condition and Julio made us feel very safe, comfortable, and accommodated. Would absolutely repeat my stay in the future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This property fully lives up to and even exceeds its description. The house is comfortable and well decorated with a beautiful and spacious outdoor area. The beds are all extremely comfortable, the bathrooms are great, the kitchen and living area is functional and spacious. The pool and hot tub are well set-up with chaise lounges, a BBQ, a lawn, and multiple seating areas. We absolutely loved it and never wanted to leave! Julio was very easy to work with. He was proactive and responsive over email, answering our questions in a timely manner and providing us with everything we needed to have a great stay. I'd absolutely recommend this property to any group of 10 looking to stay in Indio.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We are a group of friends that love tennis and also love traveling to Indian Wells Tennis Tournament (Paribas Open) each year. This is the second time we rented this house and certainly we will keep on doing so for the next years. It is very well located in Indio CA, surrounded by the most beautiful landscapes. Photos of the house are not good reference since it is more beautiful than the pictures taken! =)) The property is perfectly clean and it has all services, like laundry machines available. The owner has taken care of all details and I assure you will have the nicest stay there. Excellent choice without a doubt!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+.

We stayed at the house for the 4th of July week and had a fantastic time! Kids enjoyed the pool tremendously and the adults had a perfect view of the pool from inside the house. The house is super spacious and very comfortable. It has plenty of open space so that everyone can be together and plenty of separate bedrooms that provide for privacy and quiet time. We will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I designed and built the pool so it is a true honor to get positive feedback with its location and visibility from within the home. The pool also features a raised side monolithic plinth, which is great for additional seating when gathering around pool side and best of all it serves and a safety barrier for small children, keeping them away from the deep end of the pool. If you have small children like I do, you’ll appreciate this feature the most. The pool is also equipped with a removal fence for added protection should you require additional safety and peace of mind. We were a group of twelve friends who wanted to be hosted nearby the Indian Wells Tennis Garden for the annual tennis tournament there. The house is about ten minutes driving distance to the tennis garden, access to it is affordable and easy. It, certainly, fulfilled our expectations and more, it is more beautiful than we expected and from what we got from the photos! It was pefectly neat, enough clean towels from everyone, and decor was impeccable! We all agreed on renting it again without any doubts. It is truly a great home and pictures don’t capture all of your senses as well as you will experience the moment you walk through the doors. The home is centrally located in one of the most sought out neighborhoods in Indio/La Quinta with many shops and venues nearby at only a few minutes’ drive. The home is also extremely private with a large and spacious lot size of about a ½ acre. This home comfortably accommodates large groups and I don’t skimp out on the towels. I provide plenty of towel sets for each guest and our bathrooms are generously stocked. Thank you again for your complements and look forward to accommodating you again in the future.

I wish to let any persons interested in locating a home in the Palm Springs area that my whole family had the opportunity of staying at the home titled Spanish Modern Retreat. The owner was a great host and offered up his personal service in explaining the special modern conveniences his home had to offer. Clean and well kept with a wonderfull back yard complete with orange, lemon and grapefruit trees. I would highly recommend this home to any persons looking for a truly fine home to spend a relaxing vacation at.Owner response: It’s always enjoyable getting to meet our guest especially when they are such a great family. Your family was extremely courteous, friendly and very welcoming. It was a pleasure meeting you and your three generation family and I would be very pleased to welcome you back anytime in the future. Our home does have a lot of modern conveniences and sometimes it can become a little overwhelming. This is why I am always available by email, text or phone and if necessary in person. I make it my priority to assure your stay will be as pleasant as possible. The home has a great pedestrian flow and part of the path takes you on a journey through my Orchard Trees, which contain orange, grapefruit, lemon and lime tress. All of which are available for the picking by my guest. My favorite part of it all is having the availability of organic freshly squeezed citrus juice in the morning to accompany my breakfast. Who needs Florida Orange Juice when you have Organic California Citrus available a few steps away.
