This newly remodeled home is just minutes away from the picturesque beaches of Del Mar. This 2500 Sq foot home sits on top of the hill overlooking the Torrey Pines State Reserve.
Our home has 4 large bedrooms, 3 full baths, an up to date kitchen, nice dining area, hardwood floors, and a newly added family room with a 50 inch plasma and surround sound (DVR). It has a large backyard with a personal Jacuzzi, putting green, patio table, lounging area, ping pong table, and BBQ.
Located 2 miles north are the Del Mar Fairgrounds, host of the historical Del Mar Racetrack. 2 miles south is the Torrey Pines golf course, which recently hosted the US Open.
Del Mar is a beach community twenty miles north of the city of San Diego, home of the world famous San Diego Zoo, Sea World, art and anthropology museums, Padres baseball, and amazingly diverse upscale dining and shopping. It is also only a short drive to the border and Mexico.
