We have taken great care to make sure your vacation experience will have great memories. This is not just a rental but our home and we had it decorated to be a warm and inviting place to relax and enjoy life.

*Our home was furnished by Southern Lifestyles in January 2010, has Comcast wireless high speed internet.
*The living room is VERY comfortable, has a 42' flat screen HDTV and includes a euro recliner for your relaxation.
*The formal dining area seats 6 while the large eat-in kitchen has a breakfast nook for 4.
*Master has a king bed, 37' HDTV with DVR and large walk-in closet.
*Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and large closet.
*Third bedroom is is furnished as office/den with sleeper sofa.
*We feature Serta high end mattresses and the best quality pillows and bedding for all our beds, assuring you a great nights sleep.
*This model is the only 3/2 cottage with double sinks and large walk in shower in the master bath.
*Our golf cart is pictured in the album. It is a gas Yamaha with full enclosure for bad weather and has a range of over 200 miles.
*A VERY nice stainless gas grill with side burner is available for the BAR-B-Q chef; we even have cookbooks for you.
*Comfortable lighted and screened lanai with two swivel/glider chairs and foot stool along with a patio which has a lounge chair are all great for relaxing or entertaining your new friends.
So come Golf, Grill out, have a swim in the pool, see a off Broadway Show, dance the night away and then snuggle in the bed for a GREAT nights sleep. IT'S WINTER HEAVEN!!!!

This was our 6th year to stay for a month in the Villages. Each time we have stayed in a different home but for various reasons never returned to any for a second year. This one was just perfect for us. Its size and amenities were what we wanted. Of all the houses we've stayed in, this provided the most supplies and household items. There was nothing else we needed to have. The decor was lovely and very homey and the side lanai and deck were great for spending time in or out of the sun. We will be returning to this one next year.Recommended for: Age 55+.

I have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and this place was the cleanest yet. The rental is in a great location, nice golf cart and a nice place. I was very pleased with the rental and would highly recommend it.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We had everything that we could have wanted. Lots of golf, shopping, music every day and great places to eat, and of course my favorite, the pool. We had lots of fun tooling around in the bright yellow golf cart that was included in our rent. Also, try the aqua aerobics at Colony Recreation Center. Excellent and fun work out on Tues., Thurs., and Saturday. Thanks Catherine for making us feel so much at home. We loved every minute!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

I have to say this is probably a big mistake on my part because we'll have to be fighting with people to rent this beautiful home again! I know we've all rented properties before where the listing description and photos were from what the house were years and years ago, not here. My wife and I both felt like we had walked into a model home that was for sell! You can tell that the home has always been well maintained even down to the gas grill and bright yellow golf cart. Catherine provided everything we needed to hit the road as soon as we arrived with maps of The Villages and all the info on booking your tee times. Just a short visit to Lake Sumter Landing to get your id's and your off on your perfect vacation. It is so conveniently located to O’Dell Recreation Center, Mallory and Havana Country Clubs which are regulation courses with great restaurant/bar environments and the new Practice Driving Range. Just around the corner you'll find everything you need during your visit with a Publix, Walgreens and various other stores and eateries. I would say enjoy your visit but I already know you will!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners.

My husband & I have relatives that live in The Villages and each year for the past 3 years we like to visit the area so we are in need of housing. I was so pleased that Catherine worked with us on renting her home to us for the days that we needed. The home is wonderful!! It was my home away from home. The home is exactly how I live in my home - nice surroundings. Most important it was clean!!! Catherine is a very sweet person and she made sure that our visit to The Villages was perfect. I am looking forward to making a return visit to The Villages and renting this home from Catherine next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in March 2010 and are looking forward to staying again this coming March. The home is beautifully furnished and the gas grill on the patio was an added extra. The lanai was a great place to relax and have lunch. We used the golf cart for golfing and visits to Lake sumter Landing. The location is great and near all the amenities and entertainment. The owners were a pleasure to deal with.
