  Spent 3 very relaxing days and nights in the charming Olive Tree cabin. Property has all the amenities we were looking for: equipted kitchen (stove top but no oven); beautiful hot tub, comfortable bed, and sunny deck/patio. Owners were very accomodating, knowledgable and flexible. The aspect we most loved about the cabin was it's seeming remoteness (a true country feel) yet it's amazing proximitey to both Arroyo Grande and SLO. It literally took us 13 minutes to drive home from a dinner in downtown SLO to our cabin one night! Arroyo Grande is even closer!

  This cabin is just perfect! My boyfriend and I have stayed twice and can't wait to go back! We love to cook, so the kitchen is perfect. I love all the vintage details in the cabin, and of course, the hot tub. the olive trees provide privacy and I loved seeing deer in the morning, enjoying a mimosa on the deck and soaking in the tranquility of the place in general. The location is perfect, because you're still close enough to town, and so close to tons of amazing wineries. The owners are just lovely, as well.

  We stayed here for our anniversary weekend, we were in town to go to a local winery event. The cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a massive private hot tub, comfy bed, kitchenette and stereo system. There is even a gorgeous hike on the property that overlooks all of SLO. Although our visit was short, we felt like we'd really "gotten away". We can't wait to come visit again soon!

  I was looking for a last-minute spot in San Luis Obispo. My friend and I definitely needed a getaway and this was the perfect spot -- and felt extremely lucky to chance upon it. From arriving at night with the lights on and jumping in the hot tub with plush oversized towels to an incredible massage the next morning with David. The bed was fantastic (both my friend and I wanted to get one for our homes afterward). The cabin isn't large, but it's gorgeous -- redwood paneling, very nicely furnished. And did I mention the hot tub? If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, back to nature but also lots of comforts, this is the perfect spot.

  It was a beautiful location and the interior was so cute!! David was also very helpful. We were not aware that there was no oven and the ants were pretty bad. They got into food, our bags, and the bathroom. We were able to do things to try to stop them, but all the ants definitely affected our stay.

  What a fantastic spot to unwind, and unplug from urban life! We loved having coffee and listening to the birds on the porch in the morning, and taking in the delicious pine tree air. Star gazing from the super-jet hot tub at night is phenomenal. We leisurely spent the whole day wine tasting at the Sausalito vineyard with a copious picnic (love the earthy Tempranillo 2009). We really appreciated David being so graciously accommodating and wished we were there long enough to enjoy the on site massage services. The Olive Tree cabin is so thoughtfully decorated with vintage flair and cosy furnishings. It's an absolutely perfect nook to stop over from the 101 pacific coast drive between LA and San Fran. Thanks David & Vanessa! We hope to be back again soon!

  The Olive Tree Cabin is really a great place to get away from it all. My husband and I recently stayed there for 4 nights and it was a very fitting place for us who enjoy the outdoors and simpler but nice accommodations. The cabin doesn't have a TV but that is explained in the description on this site and on the owners webpage so it's no surprise and I found that it made it even more relaxing. The place is nicely appointed and very clean and the owners are helpful and make you feel welcome, but they leave you be if that's what you want as well. They are located right on the property so it's convenient if they are needed though. The cabin is in a rural setting but near to all the area attractions and convenient to the highway and especially the SLO county wineries. Even though the cabin is quaint, the extra perk of the hottub is a very nice addition. Would highly recommend to couples and to singles looking for peace and quiet.

CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M.      NO Early Check-ins. 2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. 3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions, except seeing eye dogs. 4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless        accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A refundable damage/reservation deposit of        $200/$100.00 (3 days or less) is required to reserve the rental dates.
