We were shocked at the lack of even starter things - like kitchen towels, paper towels, and even toliet paper. It was evident that even though we were going at an off season time they had not sprused up the place or stocked it for our arrival. (Should have been vacuumed again since it had been closed up for several weeks.) There are several maintenance problems that need to be worked on. The layout of the house is very good but it shows its age and needs to be cleaned up more (like cleaning the carpets, upholestry and tile, deck and front entrance repair, and door repair) Location was good. Having only 2 baths for 4 bedrooms was difficult.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.

Property is exactly as described. Excellent location just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Home furnishings were very comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen very functional but dated. Excellent overall value. Owners/rental firm very easy to do business with.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers.

Property is exactly as described. Excellent location just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Home furnishings were very comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen very functional but dated.
