Enjoy Sun City West resort living. This comfortable fully equipped home with a newly updated kitchen in 2012(1500 square feet (larger than usual 2nd bedroom and a den area for this style home), nine-foot ceilings) is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the seven golf courses and four fabulous recreation centers with indoor & outdoor pools, indoor & outdoor walking tracks, gyms, classes, bowling, tennis, etc.
Enter the home through our planted front garden into a large open plan living and dining room. The living room has comfortable seating, a music system and flat screen with DirectTV connected in the living room and bedroom. The living room extends into a den area where you can spend many hours on projects or reading with a view of our flowering garden. Our dining area has an oak table that comfortably seats 6. All the floors are new wood Pergo in this area and ceiling fans are also featured.
The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (external water and icemaker on the fridge), and features that include pull-out shelves, a ceiling fan and tile flooring. New quartz countertops and sink/faucets have been added. Table and 3 chairs for eat-in kitchen comfort. Washer & dryer are located in a room adjacent to the kitchen. The room also has a 2nd refrigerator where you can keep bulk water cold for hot days!
From the kitchen you can enter our lanai/screened in porch and bask in the sunny warm winter weather -- all day long. We also have a ceiling fan. We also have seating and a table for two in the lanai which gives you access to a paved and walled- in terrace (3 feet high) -- perfect for small dogs to roam.
Our garden is to die for...LUSH!! We have an abundance of flowering roses and fruit trees as well as a mature cactus garden -- enjoy your own freshly picked grapefruits and oranges.
The spacious Master Suite has a walk-in shower with sink/vanity. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, a large dresser, night stands, large closets, telephone, alarm clock and a ceiling fan.
The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, chest of drawers, desk, 2 large closets, ceiling fan and is adjacent to the full hall bathroom.
You will have space for two cars in our garage. Enjoy golf at any of the 7 golf courses and swim or lounge at several pools located at the 4 recreation centers in the community. Our home is less than 5 minutes from two Recreation Centers. Note: The community requires that one occupant must be age 55 or older. No permanent occupant may be under the age of 19. This home is a non-smoking building.
