SPACIOUS CONDO WITH STUNNING VIEW AND LARGE BALCONY
This private and spacious ( 2,270 square foot) condo is located on the 7th floor of the CENTRAL tower in the NEWEST development in Ixtapa, The Bay View Grand, Marina. The condo has 3 bedrooms with spectacular, panoramic views of Ixtapa beach and the ocean. The living space and all of the bedrooms open to the large (490 square foot) wrap-around balcony. The balcony has a table with seating for 6, four chaise loungers, and 3 ceiling fans to completely enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean.
BEDROOMS
There are 3 bedrooms which all feature Sealy pillow top mattresses, AC and ceiling fans, and luxury designer linens for ultimate comfort. The master bedroom has one King size bed and a unique floor to ceiling glass wall facing the ocean. The master bath features double sinks, a glass frameless shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two Queen size beds, ceiling fan, a large closet with shelves, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has two Full beds, a ceiling fan, a large closet with shelves, and a shared bathroom.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has upgraded, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The stove top has 6 burners, a grill, and hood. There is a convection oven, oversized refrigerator with external ice and water, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. In the kitchen and on the fridge we have installed a Culligan safe water purifier system. Yes, it is safe to drink the water! The dining area has an oversized square table with seating for 8.
LIVING SPACES
The spacious and comfortable living area has a ceiling fan and large designer furnishings. The living area is not intended for sleeping and does NOT have a sleeper sofa or bedding. This area is designed for comfortable late night conversations and the early risers. Begin your day without tip-toeing around sleeping guests! There is also a second sitting area for relaxing and reading.
THE GROUNDS
The brand new BVG Marina has gorgeous grounds featuring a resort style infinity pool and children's pool both overlooking the beach. The deck and private beach furniture is comfortable and very stylish. There is a a full poolside bar with a limited menu. You will not have to "save" a chair or listen to an activity coordinators screaming out water aerobics! An entertainment room with billiards and card tables, tennis courts, business center, gym/fitness center and day spa with Jacuzzi and sauna/steam room.
SECURITY
24/7 Security at the gated entrance and the beach. There is a Schlag Lock box in the unit for your use.
CHECK-IN
Best Properties provides property management and will meet you at the property to properly check you in and insure you have everything you need. Best Properties can provide you with a private cook and maid upon request. They are available for emergency help and questions you may have.
THE SURROUNDINGS
BVG Marina is located on Playa Palmar and is very close ( 3 min. walk) to the Marina. The Marina features several restaurants which serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chartered fishing trips and catamaran tours can be arranged at the Marina. The Marina Ixtapa Golf Club is located across the street. The golf club was built in 1994 and is ranked by Golf Digest as one of Mexico's best courses!
IXTAPA
Ixtapa is a small resort town which is walking distance from the BVG. Ixtapa offers many diverse, locally owned restaurants and shops.
ZIHUATANEJO
Only a short taxi cab ride away is Zihua. Zihua has a different feel than Ixtapa with it's fishing history and restaurants on the beach. There are many unique shops and a very large traditional Mexican market.

Our recent stay at this suite at the Bay View Grand Marina was absolutely awesome! The suite was so beautiful and had everything that you would even think of needing on vacation. You can't say enough about the wonderful location within the building as well as the view of the ocean from the balcony and Master Suite. Nothing better during the day than lying in the infinity pool looking out over the ocean and then going to sleep at night with the balcony/bedroom doors wide open, listening to the crashing waves. Would highly recommend this unit as well as the staff at the pool (thank you Joel, Eloy and Patricio) who were so friendly and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a more peaceful and relaxing vacation!!! Thank you, Thank you!!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Stayed for 4 weeks at this property. Place was great and already some of my guests want to book it!! Photos are very accurate, the place was immaculate. Property managers more than helpful. Very safe and secure and pool area, lobby well staffed with helpful people. We just stayed at this condo for 7 nights. This place is beautiful! We love the location as it is within walking distance to several restaurants near the marina, and it is very close to town. The pool area was great for relaxing with food and drinks available and it didn't seem over crowded. We will be back!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

For the past 5 weeks, we have been blessed with the most wonderful place to stay, enjoying all that Ixtapa has to offer!! We have been coming here for the past 5 winters and this, by far, has been the best! This unit has it all. The views, the comfort of the furniture and the ability to entertain with plenty of room for all! The bedrooms are spacious, the beds so comfortable and MOST important, FANS are everywhere, including outside on the wrap-around patio allowing us to enjoy the fresh air and NOT A/C! For the cook, the kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances. As I said, this place "has it all" and you will not be disappointed!!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed April 17-24. Everything was just perfect! The condo was warm and inviting but very spacious and modern. It had everything we needed and then some. We started each morning on the balcony and ended each day in the same spot. We saw a whale pass by and a family of dolphins. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The pools and beaches are incredible and offer a great view as well. We loved the staff and they bent over backwards to make us happy. We walked the beaches, fished, shopped, explored and ate at wonderful restaurants. We're ready to go again! Truly our best vacation ever!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The beachfront location is ideal. Our family had the best vacation because the days we weren't exploring the marina, marketplace and other beaches, we could relax at the pool or make sandcastles on the beach. The condo was comfortable, very roomy and the patio is a perfect place to end the day. Thank you for helping us create such great memories!Owner response: I am so happy you enjoyed your stay! My children enjoy making sandcastles as well. It can be the simplest things that my children remember from our trips... sandcastles, seeing a sea turtle, collecting "treasures," and running from waves. My husband and I love to relax on the patio in the evening, listening to the waves and reflecting on our day.

I stayed there in January for a week. It was wonderful. The condo had everything I needed. The property is clean and well taken care of. The view is fantastic, every bedroom has a view of the water. There is plenty of activities and good restaurants nearby and easy to get to. I plan on going back in June.A great place for a great vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My wife and I have been going to Ixtapa for years, it's without a doubt our favorite town in Mexico. We used to stay at the Bay View Grand Residential but it is really beginning to show it's old age and the last time we were there the service was terrible our entire stay. Plus, we frequently had trouble sleeping because it can be so loud, being directly across from town. The Bay View Grand Marina is brand new and in the best location - across from the marina but just a short walk to town. This specific unit is immaculately furnished and has the prime location in the middle of the complex, 7 floors above the pool with sweeping, incredible views of the beach and Zihuatanejo. We will definitely stay at this property, preferably this exact unit, from now on. The layout of this property is unique in that the main living space and each bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean with a patio walk-out to the covered balcony.
