You will find nothing that compares to this exquisite 5000+ sq. ft. home overlooking the award winning Pole Creek Golf Course. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in our home will provide for a relaxing retreat, making you want to return year after year! This three-level home, situated on 2 acres, is perfect for accommodating large family gatherings, golf outings, and wedding parties. There is plenty of room to give everyone their own space should they need it.
Our home has 4 Master Suites with private baths, an oversized bunk room, private library and a spacious open kitchen with granite counter tops. The custom dining table seats 8 and the adjoining island bar seats another 6 - all open to the Greatroom, complete with HDTV and natural stone fireplace. The panoramic views of the golf course and western mountains from these rooms will take your breath away!
Downstairs you will find a huge media/game room which includes a full bar, pool table, game table, 60 inch HDTV, state of the art audio/video equipment and reclining sofas. We love having 2 separate family room areas, especially when entertaining a big group. Doors open out to the lower covered patio, where you can walk out to the golf course. In the winter, fun is had by all building snowmen and sledding in the back yard and snow covered golf course.
Our guests always mention their favorite feature, the spectacular balcony off the back of the house. It measures 15 ft. x 60 ft. and provides sweeping views to the south. Each morning you will sip coffee and admire a gorgeous sunrise and then in the evening enjoy grilling and dining to a beautiful sunset. After a long day of skiing, golfing, fishing, hiking, or biking you and your friends can unwind in the hot tub. The stargazing can not be put into words. IT JUST DOESN'T GET BETTER THAN THIS!!!

This was the perfect place for our little school friends reunion. We really wanted a place with some privacy from being right in the middle of town. It was perfect. Close enough but yet far enough away. The owners are such wonderful, easy to work with people! The place slept 13 of us perfectly and everyone had their space. Cant wait to come back again next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

This is a wonderful property with breathtaking views. The home is beautiful, cozy, and well equipped for all sorts of fun and entertainment. We couldn't not have picked a more wonderful spot for our families to meet; eat, ski, hot-tub, snow shoe and relax. Spent the weekend at this house with some buddies for a golf trip and had a wonderful time. The house is incredible and very close to the golf course. Nice, big deck overlooking the course as well. Our group had such an awesome time! This house should be on Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous! We loved the hike around Monarch Lake and Adams Falls, but hanging out on the back deck taking in the views was FANTASTIC. We found a little slice of heaven!Did you find this review helpful? Thank you SO much. Awesome and outstanding come to mind! It is a wonderful world up here. Our friends and family who visited, did not want to leave. We DID July... fly fishing, Winter Park Village, Grand Lake, Adams Falls hikes, skydiving, and golfing at Pole Creek. This experience created a lot of memories for our family. Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
We purchased this gorgeous mountain home after looking in numerous resort areas and at TOO MANY houses to count! As soon as we walked in the door, we knew we had found the pinnacle! The folks who built this house spared NO cost, paying close attention to detail in every regard. It has every feature and amenity I have always dreamed of having in a mountain home; spacious rooms, open kitchen/great room area, spectacular views of mountains and golf course and outside decks like no others I have ever seen. The master bedroom is situated on the main floor providing convenience when only one couple is visiting (no need to go up and down stairs). In our opinion, it is the perfect floor plan for a small or large gathering. Additionally, the proximity (less than 10 minutes) to skiing, fishing, hiking, golfing, boating and biking made Fraser Valley the perfect place for us.
