The Eagle Trail Cabin is an executive style cabin located on Terry Peak. This is an absolutely beautiful cabin with over 5000 Sq. Ft, and is one of the largest cabins on Terry Peak. The cabin is great for large groups whether you are planning a family reunion or a company retreat. This cabin has five very spacious bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, plus four bathrooms. This three level cabin has one fully equipped kitchen on the main level and a wet bar on the lower level with both a pool table and foosball table. There are two futons for additional sleeping and a double car garage. Plus there is a one bedroom apartment available (at an extra fee) on the upper level of the cabin that sleeps four. This apartment has a small kitchen, bedroom with a queen size bed, a small living/dining room, a futon for extra sleeping and a bathroom. Sit in the hot tub or on the deck and enjoy a breath taking view of the Black Hills.

Our family and close friends all wanted to attend the Sturgis rally, but we hesitated due to the fact that as we have aged, camping with tents and campers in crowded areas just did not appeal to us any longer. This home was perfect, beyond our expectations. It gave us a place to unwind after spending a day in Sturgis, Deadwood, or just riding our bikes through the Black Hills. The view from the deck was spectacular of the Black Hills. Our host was very gracious and patient with all the phone calls that I made during reservation process. To have traveled thousands of miles to attend the rally and with only being able to see photos of the house, to say the least we were anxious. We were not disappointed. I highly recommend this home, many in our group felt that this was the best vacation that they had ever taken. We were not disappointed. THANK YOU!!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Why the Owner Chose Lead:
The perfect getaway. Close enough to many leisure activities, yet far enough away to "get away". Great site-seeing with Deadwood (mini-Vegas) nearby, Mt. Rushmore within driving distance and great views on top of Terry Peak.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
Very roomy listing. We've had quite a few people stay there at one time and it still feels spacious. Also, with the apartment separate from the house, it's perfect for those with a baby to vacation with the family, but not to keep everyone up all night.
