Purchased in December 2009 this 3000 sq ft 6 bedroom 4 bathroom lakeside villa has been completely refurbished with new air conditioning, carpets, paintwork and furnishings throughout, The Living area features a 50' Plasma HDTV with cable and an Xbox 360 with games and a formal dining table and chairs, the second living area has a 32' LCD HDTV, the kitchen is fully equipped with side by side water and ice dispensing fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher and an electric kettle.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast bar and table and chairs. There are three Master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms a queen bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms have been decorated to the highest standard including LCD HDTVs and beautiful bedding, and there are ample towels for each bathroom and towels for the pool, in the laundry room there is a brand new washing machine and tumble dryer.
This home, built on an large lot is one of the largest located in the tranquil surroundings of Rolling Hills at Formosa Gardens, Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida which is one of the closest residential community to Walt Disney World's four theme parks making it a much sought after location for your Florida holiday.
All other major theme parks are easily accessible. The large south facing extended poolside offers complete privacy and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping overlooking a natural lake and conservation area.

We stayed for 2 weeks over Easter. Everything regarding the house was as promised and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool area was great and the house is very comfortable and spacious. We were 8 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everybody. The communication with Matt before and after the trip was easy and he answered all of our questions in a timely manner, making this holiday much easier. I highly recommend this place and hope to return someday! We have had a fabulous holiday in Orlando, the location of the villa is fantastic. Its about a mile south of the 192 highway near mile marker 5. The owner is responsive to questions, the villa is furnished well. The beds are very comfortable, there are three bedrooms on the ground floor and three on the first floor with two bathrooms on each floor. The pool area is fabulous with a nature reserve outside, I sat outside every morning with a freshly brewed coffee watching the birds fishing on the lake. There is a free wireless connection, a monitored house alarm and a games room. I wholeheartedly recommend this villa to others, it would also suit 2 families due to the bedroom layouts and the feeling of space with the high ceilings and the 2 separate lounges. The location of the villa is superb for Disney, it is no more than 3 miles and you are on Disney property. Animal Kingdom and Blizzard Beach are closest but we also got to Magic Kingdom car park within 15 minutes. Universal and Sea World are approximately 20-25 minutes away up the I4 so nothing is difficult to get to. I genuinely can't fault this place, I would love to stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed at this wonderful villa Dec. 2-11, 2010. 4 adults and 2 children. We LOVED this house! Everyone had their own bedroom, we could spread out around the house without tripping on each other, but it was nice to be able to come together and have a great meal made in the large kitchen. We were having so much fun at the house because of the pool, game room, and the comfy furniture that we even decided to skip the parks 2 days and head back early on our other days just so we could relax and recharge. The house was well maintained and the owner was extremely easy to work with and get in touch with. We're planning on taking another trip and some point and I hope this house is available! Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful home! (Our 3 year old son didn't want to leave. I can't blame him!)Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: My wife and I first came to Florida before we had children, we now have four children and love it even more. We live in Looe in Cornwall, UK which is also a tourist town and holiday let log cabins so we have now ventured out to Florida.

We have been coming to Florida for about 10 years and have stayed in various locations around Kissimmee and Davenport This area being our favorite as it is so close to all the parks, restaurants and attractions it cuts the time sat in the car to an absolute minimum. Our aim is to make our holiday home as comfortable as possible for us and anyone who stays in it.
