The house is awesome and exactly as pictured! What you see is what you get however what you dont see is the amazing service you get from the All Star rental company! I booked this house online through the owner of the property. We drove about 8 hours and get to the rental company about an hour before check in time. I went in and asked could I go ahead and fill out the check in paperwork and then just wait there until 4pm when we could check in. However the crew at the rental company called to see if the house was already cleaned and it was however they were going to have to fix a shower door so we were told we could go ahead and get into the house if we just didnt mind if someone was to come in and fix the shower door. I also noticed when we check in one of the remotes for the tvs was missing in one of the rooms I called the ASR and they brought one out within 10 minutes and also called after they left to make sure it was working properly. They would also called a few days during our staff to make sure the house was up to standards and see if we needed anything else. Our family was looking for an alternative to a hotel because we do have a big family and we all wanted to stay together and be able to fix dinner where we were stay and this was the perfect solution. The house is within a couples of minutes to the gates of disney and then you hope right on the interstate and you are at universal in 10 minutes. If you are looking for a great place to stay with your entire family but still have awesome service this is the right place for you. The owner was great and easy to deal with and the All star crew was awesome. Already looking forward to staying again!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

5/22/2011 We rented this home for my family of 14 this past week....what a fantastic find. The home is exactly as it is pictured - spacious, clean, with all the amentities. We were able to come and go to the Disney Parks as we pleased because it is so centrally located near everything. This home is close enough to take a break during the day from the parks and then return late in the day for the fireworks. With 4 young children, it was the perfect break in the pool. For our family this was a much better choice than staying in close quarters with all the room that it afforded - more like a home away from home and very affordable. The management company who handles the property was excellent, too - they responded very quickly to any concern that we had. We would certainly rent this home again - I highly recommend it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
