Our condo is in the west building of the Summerwind complex, located directly on the beach in Navarre, FL. Navarre has a lot to offer without all of the traffic. Relax and enjoy great views and sunsets from the spacious balcony of our 15th floor unit. Our unit is nicely decorated and has 10 foot ceilings which make it feel extra spacious. There are 2 bedrooms, a large bunkroom, and 2 full size bathrooms. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 full size beds in the second bedroom, and bunk beds in the bunkroom. There are TV’s in each bedroom, as well as, the living room. The kitchen is well stocked, and there is a full size laundry room. No pets and no smoking are allowed.
There is a fitness center on the first floor of the building facing the Gulf of Mexico. The pool and hot tub are also located on the gulf side. The beach service offers rental of chairs and umbrellas. There is a jogging/bike trail across the street, and bikes and jet skis to rent. There are 2 large grocery stores, restaurants, and fast food located directly in Navarre Beach. For a wider variety of activities, shopping, and restaurants, Navarre is conveniently located between Pensacola and Destin, a short driving distance to either.

We totally enjoyed our week at the beach in your Summerwind Condo!! The condo was well decorated and comfortable. We had plenty of room and the 10 foot ceilings made it fell even more spacious. The view from the 15th floor balcony was amazing. We saw dolphins and pelicans most every day. Just an enjoyable vacation for the whole family. Looking forward to our vacation with you next summer!!

We just returned from a long week-end . Your condo was very nice and comfortable. The kids really liked the bunk room! Your condo had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and very relaxing and the kids had a good time looking for shells. We plan to return soon. Thanks!

My children and I went down for our spring break. It was so relaxing and plenty of space for everyone. My kids loved the heated pool. I loved the beautiful decor and relaxing atmosphere. It was wonderful to wake up to such a beautiful view every morning. We can't wait to go back to visit! Thanks you so much for the great hospitality.

The condo was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. The views from the condo (15th floor) were spectacular; it was wonderful to watch the dolphins from the balcony in the morning. Beaches were clean and the water was lovely. All in all one of the best places we've stayed.

First let me say WOW!! I just returned yesterday from a week stay in this condo. This was my first time to Navarre Beach. I have not ever really considered myself a "beach person". I must say that I am now!! Navarre is a spectacular place and this condo just was the icing on the cake. It was clean and wonderfully decorated. I would highly recommend this condo. It is on the 15th floor and this is perfect. It is located right outside the elevators so the access is quite easy and never waited on an elevator. You do not want on a lower floor because the view is not as great. Summerwind is well kept and the pool area is magnificent. We used the hot tub mostly. The beach is just too beautiful to spend the time at the pool. I am already looking to return next year. This is going to be an annual trip. Book this condo; you will not be disappointed!!!!
