  We just got back from spending 8 days at Brett and Lisa's wonderful condo. It was fantastic! We had everything we needed in the condo to make our stay incredible. The condo has great views, huge private rooftop deck and a short walk to a pristine beach. We didn't want to leave. Brett was very professional and easy to deal with. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect! He provided us with an island map, restaurant suggestions, best rental car deal and things to do. Highly recommend Aruba and staying at this property. Thank you again for the use of your lovely condo on this "one happy island"!!!!

  I had the pleasure of staying at Brett and Lisa's place recently. The condo is spectacular, with great views, a huge private area on the roof with a hot tub, free wi-fi, and access to great pools at the resort. Brett is great to deal with -- extremely responsive and provides a wealth of useful information to use on your trip. I highly recommend.

  We had never used VRBO before and feel so fortunate to have found Brett and Lisa's beautiful penthouse in Aruba. The pictures and descriptions of the property were exactly what we experienced for our eight night vacation. Everything was very clean and fresh when we arrived. Brett was very easy to work with and very timely with responses to any of our questions. Another adult couple traveled with us along with our 18 year old daughter and friend. The girls slept on the sleeper sofas and said they were very comfortable. The roof top terrace was wonderful! We spent every morning on the roof top drinking coffee and enjoying the beauty of Aruba in the distance. Every evening was spent on the roof top before bed enjoying the breezes and recapping the fun we had that day. We did enjoy grilling out one night - it was a great meal! The steaks at Ling and Sons were very good. We appreciated Brett and Lisa's suggestions for dining - Pincho's was our favorite (great food and service). We also highly enjoyed our meals at Matthew's and the French Steakhouse. We also dined at Bugaloe's (great entertainment), Pizza Bob's (slow service), Moomba and Gianni's. Dessert at Taste of Belgium was excellent! The location of the penthouse is perfect. Very close to a quiet pool and within walking distance of the family pool and beach. We never had any problems finding lounge chairs and shade at Eagle Beach across the street. The roller coolers that Brett and Lisa provide were used each day for our drinks and sandwiches. There was always plenty of ice with the ice machine upstairs. We cooked breakfast every morning and enjoyed watching the early golfers or birds on the balcony. Bob did play golf one day and I rode along as the caddie. He said that the course is very nice and used the clubs that are in the penthouse. We were able to add about 15 balls to the bag - we found many balls along the water by the quiet pool one day! Bring a golf glove from home because they are alittle pricey in the pro shop. We rented a car for the entire vacation from Europcar (Brett's recommendation) and got a great rate and a brand new 4 door Hyundai. Snorkeling was good at Baby Beach and just past Arashi Beach area. I took the girls on the Jolly Pirates snorkel cruise and they had a blast. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the near future.   This is a fantastic place to relax and have a true vacation. The accomendations are everthing as listed and more. The Divi Resort has all the amenities needed and the Condo is the most equipped we have had the pleasure of renting. The private rooftop with hot tub was the highlight for us. A great place to catch the sun going down while sipping a cool one or enjoying a relaxing soak. Brett & Lisa are great hosts and will answer all your questions. They can even make reccomedations for activities and restaurants so your stay is as pleasent as possible.We stayed a week but wish it could have been longer. By choosing this property rest assured you will not be dissapointed.

  Had an amazing time and our boys were enriched by the island. The Private penthouse rooftop was amazing, we had our family dinners on it we the sun setting and listening to Island music was picture perfect. We had a personel chef on the rooftop that prepared an amazing dinner of Chicken Diablo and Kebobs and great burgers. The beach was wonderful and we floated on the rafts that Brett provided till we were prunny. The North Shore with the gold mine, shark feeding and baby beach was beautiful and powerful at the same time. we literally are closing your guest book and an amazing trip. we look forward to making more memorable trips to your home.

  Brett & Lisa We Thoroughly enjoyed your lovely home and are sad to leave. our favorite activities were driving through The Arikok National park., and visit to San Nicolaas, the Butterfly farm was a special delight for our kids. The Dinner we had at Marandi was ***** well worth the drive. The Chefs tabel was also excellent. Thank you for your recomendations. We appreciate all of your advise and information you sent us it was so helpful to make the most of or week in paridise. Thank you Jim & Iris Ohio

  We just returned from our week long stay in Aruba and are already dreaming of going back! The weather, laid back feel and ease of getting around the island make it the perfect destination. Having penthouse 29 as our home base during our stay made it even better. We had 4 adults staying at the condo and it had plenty of room as well as everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. We spent every evening on the roof top deck, many nights in the hot tub, grilled our own dinner one evening and enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the golf course every day. We really appreciated the use of the items to take to the beach, such as the floaties, coolers, pillows for the lounge chairs, etc as well as the golf clubs which the guys put to use while the girls got manis, pedis and massages (at Indulgence by the Sea, which we would recommend!). The extras you provided meant we got to pack less and enjoy more! Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. Thanks Brett and Lisa for letting us rent your awesome condo and for all of your help throughout the process. We hope to be back!

  Our first trip to Aruba was unbelievable and much of the credit goes to Brett and Lisa for their wonderful penthouse condo, their graciousness, and their attention to detail. My wife and I traveled to Aruba with our four kids (21, 20, 18, and 16) and all of us have agreed that the condo plus the rooftop deck were even more amazing than we expected. "This place is sick" seemed to be the phrase I heard most often from the kids. (For those of you without teenagers, "sick" is a good thing). Having the private rooftop deck at the Divi is the perfect blend of privacy and access. The Divi pools and beach were always active but never crowed. When we felt like getting involved in a bit more of the hustle and bustle of Aruba, the highrise area was just down the road and when we wanted a bit more privacy, the rooftop deck still allowed us to enjoy the views and the weather. Brett was always available by phone or email for any questions we had both before and during our stay. Brett and Lisa - thank you for sharing your amazing Aruba home!

  Brett and Lisa, Thank you for sharing your condo with us. You were such a pleasure to deal with! You thought of everything that made the stay so enjoyable and there isn't one thing I can think of adding to your amenities at the condo. From the beach coolers, rafts, and water bottles made the day at beach fun. The rooftop terrace was used for grilling and relaxing, what a great spot for drinks and the jacuzzi was an added bonus. Having wi fi was appreciated as well to stay connected. The golf was great and having the clubs to play golf was wonderful too! You have the perfect location, staff was helpful, grounds were beautiful and safe. Restaurants you recommended were perfect choices for all! Hope to return! Marianne and Paul Flynn

  WELL IT WAS OUR SECOND TIME RETURNING TO PENTHOUSE 29 AND IT WAS EVEN BETTER THEN A YEAR AGO!! BRETT AND LISA YOU HAVE SUCH A WONDERFUL PLACE AND EVERYTHING YOU SUGGESTED WAS RIGHT ON THE MARK, FROM RESTUARANTS, TO ACTIVITES. THE ROOFTOP PENTHOUSE IS ABSOLUTLY BEAUTIFUL!! WE WILL BE COMMING BACK EVERY YEAR. YOUR PLACE MADE IT FEEL LIKE A HOME AWAY FROM HOME, BUT BETTER! ALL WE CAN SAY IS THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALLOWING US TO COME TO YOUR MAGNIFICENT PLACE. IF you did decide We request a $500 refundable security deposit, 50% due 60 days before arrival and the balance due 14 days before arrival. Check in time is after 4:00 pm and check out is 12:00 pm. If you arrival early or late flight the condo liaison can hold your luggage and you can head to the pool or beach. All payments are in US dollars and in check form sent to us.
