This place is everything that you can want in a condo and then some. I had 6 people in my party with 4 of them being between 19-23. The place was spacious and as advertised. The rooftop deck was simply amazing and was a great place to to have a drink to watch the sunset or go late at night to just relax. Brett was one of the most professional people I have ever worked with and when we had an issue with the a/c not working properly one night he was responsive and had it taken care of quickly. The view to the golf course was great and the food and drinks at the pool bars were also very good and reasonably priced for a resort. This condo is well worth the money and I would be hard pressed to stay at a hotel again based on my stay.I would highly recommend this condo to anyone with 3 or more people.

We rented this beautiful condo in 2011 and enjoyed it so much that we returned again this year. (Please see review from 5/7/11) This was a repeat of last year: a fabulous condo, decked out to the max., normal Aruba weather (85-88 degrees with a great breeze), and fine dining throughout the Island. There are 3 wonderful pools within this resort (very close to the unit) and a couple of good restaurants. The ocean and beach are just across the street. The beach is not crowded and the water is wonderful. The fitness center is also across the street and overlooks the ocean - what a great way to exercise on a treadmill - while looking at the ocean and the pelicans. The property has happy hours at various times throughout the day at the bars located on the property - and of course, Jimmy the Singing Bartender performs at the Thursday Happy Hour at the beach bar. This condo has everything, is located on the best beach in Aruba (Eagle Beach) and the Divi Links is probably the best golf course in Aruba. This condo unit and this Island provide everything you would ever want for a very memorable vacation in paradise. Kevin & Diane

We had a wonderful week in Aruba made peerfect by your perfect home. you had everything we needed and then some. We had 3 teenagers with us and there was more than enough space for all of us to spread out and have our own space. The roof top terrace with the BIG bounus! We grilled outside one night under the stars listening to our IPOD and just enjoying the Family time that is so hard to do these days. All the kids lived in the hot tub til late in the night and wated tv and laughed. Your thourough perperations made our stay very smooth and stress free. We appreciate all the information and tips that you had sent us before we arrived. Your resturant choices we right on the money. Thank you again for all of your help we can not wait tilnext time!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Brett and Lisa! The Aruba penthouse was great. It had every amenity needed. There was more than enough space for our family of 5. The location was great...walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and just a very short car ride to the downtown area, with loads to do. The beach was fantastic...beautiful white sand and crystal clear water. We really enjoyed the infinity pool, the kids had a blast on the water slide. We also had a great time on the Jolly Pirate snorkeling trip (we highly recommend them), and the Red Line sunset cruise. There is so much to do, 7 days was not enough time for it all. We are looking forward to our next visit to experience more of what beautiful Aruba has to offer. Thanks again!

Hi Lisa and Brett, Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed everything about the condo, the amenities and the island. We would recommend this place to anyone. We had the chance to rent a Jeep and tour the rugged part of the island... the views were amazing. A few hours on a Catamaran, we did plenty of snorkling and saw the Antilla ship wreck... pretty impressive. We tried kite surfing near fishermans huts, Martin was our amazing, patient instructor... can't wait to try again. We took amazing pictures at the Butterfly Farm. The white sandy beaches were clean and quite tranquil. The island has a variety of activities to please everyone in the family. Brett and Lisa were so well organized and provided very pertinent and useful information that helped make our trip more enjoyable. Thank you for helping us have the best experience in Aruba. Dear Brett & Kelly, Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your lovely Penthouse. The penthouse was just perfect. The apartment was spotless,sheets were clean & crisp. There were plenty of bath & hand towels for all of us (6). We didn't realize that each bedroom had it's own bathroom until we got there so, we were pleasantly surprised. My family and I loved the fact that we can share the Divi Village facilities. We we had the luxury of an apartment yet we can still walk just a few steps to get breakfast, lunch and dinner. After breakfast, just a few steps away, we walked to the beautiful Eagle Beach. Eagle beach was quiet with just the right amount of activities for the family. We have three children ages 16, 14 & 11; there was something to do for everyone.The brochures that you sent us were very helpful. We tried several of your restaurant recommendations & we were pleased with all of them. The rooftop terrace is even more breathtaking in person than in the photos! Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Hopefully we'll be able to rent from you again! Thanks Again, Susan & Ron

We had a great time in Aruba!We have been here 3x before,once at hotel and twice at Tierra Del Sol villa.Brett and Lisa are hands on owners and truly care about your time spent at their beautiful condo.The condo is very well equipped and has every amenity.We used the computer daily and printed out our boarding passes at the end of our stay.We never had a problem with the internet even though I had read service was spotty.We used the massive rooftop deck with seating for 32 and a big hot tub.I guarantee you'll have a good time at this complex that was VERY CLEAN and ALL the people I met were very friendly.The pools were sparkling and all public areas shined as well.Divi Links is a great location with the beach about a 8-10 min walk and the pool 2-3minutes from condo.We ate at Screaming Eagle and although service was very good the food was VERY expensive.[filet 49.50-dover sole 59.50 a small glass of house wine 14,a 7oz beer 5.50]and the food was nothing special.El Gaucho well priced but LOUD filet was great![29]Elliots at casa linda was a small place but clean and good,we had 4 entrees and 4 wines.[$90.00] There were others and as always all the people in Aruba were nice.We want to thank Brett and Lisa and recommend their condo to all who plan to visit Aruba. What an amazing condo! The owners have thought of everything down to the last detail of what vacationers may need for a great beach vacation. The penthouse was a great place to watch the Super Bowl and also a great place to hang out and enjoy the sunset. We loved every aspect of the vacation, the condo and Aruba. We appreciated all the info that the owners sent us before we even arrived. It helped us make some choices about dinner, and outings . So much to do, and so little time. We were very sad to leave and hope to get back soon!

Your private rooftop terrace was the best from watching the sunset to stargazing at night. It was amazing. The Beach was so much nicer then some of the other beaches, it was like you had your own beach. We absolutely loved the infinity pool, which was so convenient to the condo that we could just walk back and forth easily. Amazing Penthouse in beautiful Aruba

My family of 6 stayed very comfortably in this wonderful Condo for 9 days! The rooftop terrace was a great bonus and provided a private, relaxing area to dine and enjoy the jacuzzi in the evening. Brett and Lisa provided very helpful directions, instructions and suggestions to make our stay more comfortable. The Divi resort offered so many amenities, great pools, tennis, golf, excellent dining options and a spacious beach to enjoy, something for everyone! Brett was very helpful and attentive even during our stay. We can't wait to plan our next vacation in paradise, it could not have been better! Family of 6 from Cohasset, MA.

Thank you Brett and Lisa - this was everything you said it would be and more - we are already planning another trio to Aruba soon! The resort was perfect, we loved the infinity pool and Mulligans! My husband and father golfed everyday and played in the tournament on Friday with my brothers. Our kids loved the pool and the beach! We rented a car and had no trouble finding great places to eat from Brett list of recommendations. We also took a day trip to Baby Beach - it was great! The roof terrace is unbelievable - and Santa even delivered our presents to the rooftop! We made our own dinners on the grill a few nights, and definitely made use of the hot tub! Brett was attentive to all our questions and wonderful owner to rent from -check out the video on youtube of the roof terrace, it is really a wonderful spot to relax. All photos and info were 100% accurate. We would definitely book again at "Penthouse 29"!!!

Before renting this condo I read all the reviews and I am happy to say that I can honestly add to the growing list of positive reviews. Wow, amazing, fun, safe . . . just a few adjectives to describe this perfect get away. This was a vacation for my husband and I and our 3 adult children; a memorable event none of us will forget due in part to this beautiful condo. Brett was always quick to respond to my inquiries when we were in Aruba. And I do mean quick . . . i.e. push the send button for an e-mail question to Brett and the phone in the condo was ringing 5 seconds later! Return to Perfectly Paradise!!

Brett and Lisa, This time around at your home in PARADISE was absolutely amazing!!!! Where should I begin? It started off wonderful and just kept getting better. Danny and I returned on Nov. 22, this time we invited our friends AnnMarie and Tommy. When we came back home in July we told them how amazing it was and the 4 of us booked it for Thanksgiving week immediately. This time we took advantage of everything. We had Lerita, the personal concierge you reccommended, set everything up. She planned a beautiful sunset dinner at Passions for the 4 of us, which is when Danny proposed to me. It was surreal! Lerita then set up our own personal chef to come in and cook us a traditional Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday, which was one of the best home cooked meals I have ever had!! This woman cooked everything from scratch, it was delicious, we even had leftovers for lunch the following day. Friday, she set up roof top massages for us whcih were fabulous. She hired 2 masseuse to give us couples massages at the perfect time of day, with the beautiful breeze, calming music and scented oils it was truly heavenly! Lerita was just wonderful, she catered to our every need! She even set up a fun night for us out on the kookoo kanookoo bus which was a blast! Thank you so much for reccommending her! I would strongly encourage anyone who is coming to stay at this paradise to take advantage of all it has to offer! We will definately be coming back for our 3rd time as soon as possible! One word......AMAZING! This is the first condo that I have rented in all of my travels where there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Although when you are on vacation you shouldn’t complain! The condo is very well equipped! I loved coming home at the end of day to relax-it was so easy to decide to stay in for the evening and enjoy the roof top terrace. Brett and Lisa are great property owners.....brett always responded within the same day to any questions. The information package you receive is full of information and recommendations regarding the island and the resort. The resort is FUN! The main pool was always a great place to meet other travellers. Eagle beach is a short stroll and it is beautiful. We rented a car and travelled most of the island and Eagle beach ROCKS! So - Amazing home-Best Beach-Great Resort! What else could you ask for. My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding Anniversary with good friends of ours who were also celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary. This was our second trip to Aruba and Divi Resorts. We had seen the Golf Villas on our first trip 5 years ago as part of a tour and thought it would be great to stay in one of the penthouse units. This unit is totally awesome. They have thought of everything from grills to roller coolers to blow up rafts. We split our vacation between using the condo facilities the first 1/2 and all inclusive resort the second 1/2 as we had done the all inclusive our last trip. A great way to experience everything the area and resort have to offer. We would highly recommend this place!

Amazing is not sufficient

We just returned from a week in paradise and actually have properties elsewhere on the island that we were perfectly content with. Due to school schedules this year we could not use them so decided to rent from the Kelly's because we knew where the property was. This place will blow your mind. It has everything you could possibly need from A-Z. Brett and Lisa have done a fantastic job from decorating to making sure every detail has been taken care of. We read the guest book that everybody signs and comments in during their visit and everybody's comments are the same, not one negative comment in the entire book. It is perfect. Aruba is paradise as we have been coming here for years but add this condo and it just doesn't get any better. You need anything and it is in there, down to the smallest details. Thanks for opening your home up to us and we will most certainly be back.

What an amazing Condo you have! We had the time of lives this week in Aruba and very much enjoyed the amenities of you SWEET place! After this experience, my boyfriend and I decided we are NEVER staying in a hotel again! We will be back at penthouse 29 when we return to Aruba. FOR NEXT GUEST: Best resturants: The Old Fisherman has amazing fresh caught fish, casual & kid friendly. Driftwood: the owner catches the fish himself, SO GOOD! Pinchos: Super romantic atmosphere, right on the water, AMAZING FOOD Texas de Brazil: (near high rise hotels) if you like meat you will love this place. Passions on the beach: ROMANTIC ROMANTIC ROMANTIC, great seafood try to eat at sun set it was amazing. Best things to do: rent a car, go to Baby Beach and snorkel and great cafe there for a snack, Depalm tours boat trip, private massages on the roof top can not ask for anything more. We had a wonderful time at Brett & Lisa's home. I believe the pictures on this site speak for themselves. The condo was very comfortable, clean, roomy and most of all QUIET. The rooftop terrace, as Tony the Tiger says, "Just Great"! We appreciated it the most at night with the hot tub, some grog, the stars above and classic rock. Aruba is a great place to vacation with the one you love. Lots of rest and relaxation. If you want to add more of life's pleasures to your vacation, then you can't go wrong staying at the Kelly's. Amazing Condo

This condo made our stay in Aruba very memorable. The condo is decorated beatuifully and offers everything you need to enjoy your Aruba adventures. The rooftop terrace is amazing and the jaccuzzi was a great ending to each of our days. I had searched many places to stay in Aruba and was concerned that I would miss out by not staying at a five star hotel or an all-inclusive, but that was not the case at all. This condo gave us the privacy we wanted, but also gave us access to all the resort ameneties. You will not go wrong by renting this condo and I'm sure you will leave with some outstanding memories of your time in Aruba just as we did. This condo is deffinately the place to stay in Aruba!

Brett and Lisa, Thank you so much for sharing your amazing home with us. It was our first trip to Aruba and will not be our last. The condo was beautiful, the terrace I think was our favorite spot. Loved all the suggestions you made and how helpful you were when we had questions. Loved the pool and beach, could not have been nicer. The condo was great for our family of 4, but would be wonderful for more people or just us 2. The complex was quiet and clean and the staff was so friendly. Thank you Brett and Lisa for welcoming us into your PENTHOUSE PARADISE for our first Aruba vacation! Your home was absolutely amazing. This condo had everything we could have needed and more! We enjoyed everything about it from the beautifu views, having breakfast on the terrace overlooking te beutiful golf course to relaxing in the hot tub on the roof top terrace! Everything about it was absolutely serene! The grounds at the Divi were beautiful and gave us the opportunity to relax with some cocktails at the swim up bar or basking in the sun in the infinity pool. We enjoyed it all whether it was golfing in the morning or walking on the quiet white sand beach during sunset and everything in between. All of your reccommendations for dinners, romantic and fun were fabulous! We had such an amazing time that we have already booked to come back this November. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else for a fun, relaxing, and romantic getaway! November can't come soon enough! Thank you both so much for a perfect Aruba experience! Justine and Danny : )

We really loved the roof top terrace with the amazing views although we didn't spend alot of our time there we enjoyed the grilling and relaxation when we were there! The property location is wonderful, the beach was never crowded so you could enjoy yourself whether you were inside the condo or outside on the beach. Premier Aruba Condo

If Aruba is your destination of choice, this is one of the premier properties on the island. The condo is decked out to the max and NOTHING has been left out. Amazing deck with hot tub, grills, TV, refrigerator, dining table, furniture (chairs and couches) and great views. The condo has everything - fully stocked kitchen, upscale furnishings, one of the most comfortable beds ever, multiple flat screen TVs, two porches, etc. The owners are great people who were extremely helpful in providing insightful information regarding car rental, restaurants, night life and everything you need to know in planning your vacation. Weather is usually the same - dry and sunny with steady breezes - perfect beach weather. We had a wonderful vacation and ate some very good meals. We wouldn't stay anyplace else in Aruba. The Divi Links resort is perfect - close to everything with great amenities but without the crowded beaches of the high rise area. Thanks Brett & Lisa for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This was our 3rd vacation in Aruba and it was by far the best and most comfortable. Brett and Lisa have covered all the bases with the furnishings and equipment in their fantastic Penthouse apartment and on their enormous roof terrace. The apartment is well located for the pools, beach, golf and all the local amenities. Brett's helpfulness and attention to detail was immensely helpful to us during the booking process, particularly as we were arranging everything from England. The apartment was stocked with everything you need for a beach holiday and the roof terrace was the 'icing on the cake' as it enabled us to eat, drink and relax under the blue skies and the stars of Aruba - Fabulous! We are already making our plans to return next year.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful property. We have stayed at hotels & other private residences on the island and your condo exceeded our expectations! The resort amenities are so nice to have (if needed/wanted) yet the property is private enough to make you feel right at home - only better!!!!! The waterslide provided great entertainment for our boys and the rooftop jacuzzi area was perfect for some much needed shade at lunchtime. There are other rooftop condos - but none compare to this one (& we did compare!) Brett & Lisa have upgraded everything - you won't want for anything!!!! Our Second Visit to this Wonderful Penthouse Unit

WE’RE BACK! We went back to this wonderful “over the top” penthouse unit that we spent our honeymoon in to celebrate our first anniversary. Not surprisingly, it was FABULOUS. The owners, Brett and Lisa have added more amenities to their lovely home. It was wonderful to have a computer to check our e-mails and a printer for our boarding passes at our disposal. The “toys” available for renter’s use at the pool and beach were an added plus. These owners have thought of everything to make your vacation enjoyable and carefree. The abundantly comfortable furniture on the roof top was first-class. We spent several late evenings in the hot tub listening to our I Pod through the speaker system and also watching some of our favorite TV shows while soaking and sipping our favorite island drinks. Heavenly! We met another couple and had them over to “our” penthouse terrace for drinks and snacks. They fell in love with the place too and plan to rent it next year. We will be sure to book early so that we don’t get locked out!!! Again, Brett and Lisa, thank you for sharing your lovely home with us and providing all the splendid information about restaurants, activities etc.

Fantastic Week in Aruba

To anyone looking for a sweet place to stay...this is the it. My family and I have stayed at many first rate properties over the years but this was one of the finest. The last two years we stayed at The Hyatt and that was a spectacular property. But having the family all under one roof, particularly this roof was a special treat. The condo itself was over the top with its decor,golf and beach views. BUT, the open rooftop was what separates this condo from any other. Morning breakfast and early evening cocktails quickly became the routine "on the rooof". If we had only one word to describe our stay, it would be AMAZING!!!! The penthouse condo is beautiful and has everything you need.Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The pool is great, cozy huts to lounge under and the swim up bar is refreshing and fun. As for the beach... speechless, between the beautiful views and crystal blue water we have never relaxed so much. Then to end the night on the roof top in the jacuzzi was totally relaxing. We will definitely be back!!! Amazing Family Vacation!!!

I don't know where to begin, my time at Brett & Lisa's condo was amazing! My Parents, Grandparents, aunt, uncle and I travelled down to Aruba for a week and it was wonderful. While we where there we celebrated my 22nd Birthday and enjoyed one of the most relaxing family vacations we've ever had. The condo was beautiful as well as the complex, from the swim up bar to the views of the ocean and island from the rooftop. The condo was spotless and felt very welcoming for a family to stay in, I can't wait to go back for another vacation and stay here. one great little perk was that they offered a computer so we could get on the internet and print our boarding passes (this was a great perk for myself being 22), great for kids. The Rooftop was amongst one of my favorite things at the condo. They had wonderful furniture with coverings, a Jacuzzi and a mini kitchen. It was son nice to sit up on the roof at sunset and grill on the BBQ and enjoy a lovely evening in Aruba as a family. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat for anyone, we all truly loved it. I can't wait to book my next trip to aruba as it truly is "One Happy island" Brett & Lisa, thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home to us!

Just got back from our wonderful stay at Brett and Lisa's condo at the Divi Golf resort. 7 of us stayed there comfortably. It turned out to be as advertised, and we spent a fair amount of time in the open-air penthouse area sunning ourselves, playing card games, sitting in the hot-tub, listening to music and drinking freshly made drinks and beer or grilling out while we took in nice views of the area. The unit is completely stocked for food preparation and the other usual living amenities. All you need to bring are your clothes. There are fully stocked grocery stores within a healthy walk from the resort at reasonable island prices. The rest of the Divi resort and beach are available to you and I consider the beach area to be one of the best on Aruba (I've stayed there 3 times now) and have toured @ the island checking out other areas. The proximity of the resort to the airport and downtown areas is nice and convenient. Cabs are reasonably priced and the bus passes by the resort every 1/2 hour and is only $2.30 round trip per person. There is a casino (which took too much of my money) within an easy walk and lots of restaurants. I've never had a bad meal in Aruba. At the resort, there is plenty of pool-action if you don't like getting sand between your toes and a Gym on the resort for those who like to exercise before chillin'-out by the pool. The staff at the resort are very helpful and responsive to your needs. I have travelled to a number of other islands in the Caribbean and would rate Aruba #1 and the unit at this resort as #1 of all places I have stayed. The owners are also very responsive to your questions and honest in their dealings with you. I plan to contact them again in the future and will recommend them highly to all my friends and relatives who might be interested in going to Aruba.

Our Stay In Paradise

This was our 3rd time traveling to Aruba and the first with our 3 kids and I can honestly say it was my all-time favorite:) This penthouse is amazing and has all the amenities one could ask for while vacationing in paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop terrace as a family. Lunches on the rooftop and stargazing at night. We created lots of special family memories. Our youngest ended up with an ear infection mid-trip and we used the on call doctor at Divi. Of course it happened on a Saturday, but that was no problem. We called him and he met us at his office within half an hour. Shorly thereafter we went to the pharmacy and had the antibiotic in hand. A much quicker doctor visit than in the US, which was a huge plus. The owner Brett was so accomodating and answered many questions and gave lots of advice on restaurants, activities, etc. We highly recommend this penthouse whether it be with your family, friends, or a just a romantic getaway. We can't wait to return!!!

Aruba in November

This penthouse is amazing. Everything you need and more is available to you. It is just as it appears. Being our first time in Aruba it took us a while to settle in and we all feel that 5 nights was way too short. Brett and Lisa were so helpful and very accommodating to our individual needs. Matthew's was our favorite little restaurant right on the beach. As this was a celebration of life for our oldest daughter, her favorite place was the main pool and she spent many hours there. The rest of us enjoyed the hot tub in the evening while watching a movie or listening to music. We had a great anniversary celebration meal at Mooba's on the beach in the high rise section of Aruba. We would highly recommend this beautiful getaway. You couldn't ask for better owners. They really do care about making everyone's stay a memorable one.

The Beach was so much nicer the the high-rise section, it was like our own beach. And the Divi property was GREAT with the restaurants, golf, tennis, water sports and tours right there. We are so grateful for the use of your beautiful condo. Aruba is absolutely gorgeous and we loved staying here for our honeymoon. It was the perfect distance to the beach and the pools. We spent lots of time up on the amazing rooftop, reading - and relaxing. One of our favorite things to do was to try a different restaurant every night that you had recommend.
