This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium is located on Historic Main Street, plus just minutes from Park City Mountain Resort with ski-in/ski-out access! It is the best location, just steps from the lift and ski trails which bring you back down to Main Street. Easy access to all of Main Street's attractions, including shopping, dining, and nightlife.
This property features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and dining for 6 plus 2 bar stools. The living room has comfy leather couches, a gas fireplace and a 42' Flat Screen TV and DVD. Master bedroom has King bed with 25' cable TV and VCR. Second bedroom includes a Queen bed and 13' cable TV with VCR. Third bedroom has a Queen bed, mini-fridge, 13' cable TV, and full bath with jetted tub. Another full bath with jetted tub is off hallway shared by the first two bedrooms. There is a private washer/dryer as well.
Lift Lodge features high-speed wireless access for the building, two common area hot tubs, reserved underground parking with elevator access, ski rental shop in the building. Sleeps 6 with King, Queen, Queen (no sofa-sleeper). Property is non-smoking.
Note: Lift Lodge has 2 common indoor hot tubs. One is open year-round and the other is open during winter season only.

About the owner: Hawaiian family knowing just where to vacation when we hit the mainland! We do live in paradise but Park City is our mountain paradise. We've been coming here for years and decided we had to have our dream vacation condo to enjoy on our regular visits.
Why the Owner Chose Lift Lodge:
We love the area and Lift Lodge in particular is the ideal location for this whole region. Ours is one of the largest condos in Lift Lodge, providing the most comfort and relaxation. Enjoying all of Main St. right outside our door means maximum convenience in all seasons of the year. Our only challenge is to try to eat in once in a while, since the temptations to feast up and down Main St. are irresistible.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
For both summer and winter the lift is only steps away from the door, allowing easy lift-served mountain biking, hiking, and sight-seeing in the summer months. Then in winter it is our chariot to so much fabulous skiing all over Park City Mountain Resort. When we are done, or simply for a lunch break, we ski easily right back to the door of the building. The ski rental shop in our building offers our guests 20% discounts and ski storage (email us for details). We enjoy a great sushi restaurant right inside our building, so we need not step outside for dinner unless we feel like it.... but with dozens of wonderful restaurants up and down Main St. we can't stick to any one cuisine for too long. We love to take a morning stroll to some of our favorite breakfast places only a few blocks away - but one of our favorites is part of our Lift Lodge building (with an outside entrance only) - so we can 'go out for breakfast' (or lunch) walking only about 10 steps outside. There is a terrific spa downstairs called Mountain Body and they are experts in holistic health and therapeutic massage. We enjoy so many comforts and conveniences right in and around our building. It really is the best location around.
