Our new 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located at Indian Palms Country Club a 24 hour Guard gated community. The home features a great room with lots of windows facing the Santa Rosa Mountains and water features. There is a Big Screen TV which can be seen through-out the main living quarters. A Combination DVD/VHS and lots of movies also provided for your enjoyment. You will also enjoy the Stereo and excellant variety of CD's for relaxing by the gas fireplace on those cozy, cool desert nights.

Right off the great room is a large fully equipped kitchen with eat at spacious island bar with granite counters. This very comfortable open setting is perfect for serving appetizers while entertaining or perhaps just being a part of the family while preparing your gourmet meals.

The master bedroom is decorated in our famous desert tropical palm tree greens and soft sand colors, with "Tommy Bahama" furniture. An elegant retreat that features a king size bed w/ pillowtop mattress plus beautiful armoir with enclosed 27in" TV & combo DVD/VCR. This master bedroom with blinds open gives you a panoramic view of the water features with calming water sounds for that Sunday morning newspaper in bed. The master bath has a separate jet tub and shower plus a large walk in closet. An elegant retreat to help you prepare for your day or total relaxation at the end of the day.

The main guest bedroom is furnished in beautiful desert colors which add to the relaxing atmosphere of the room. The light furniture and marble top dresser & night stands provide adequate storage for your personal clothing & vacation items. There is a queen size bed with pillowtop comfort mattress plus a 13" TV & nightstand am/fm radio for easy listening sounds.

The 3rd bedroom is furnished with twin beds w/extra firm mattresses and decorated in bright purples, blues and apricot colors. The natural colored wood dresser and night stand enhance the decor and feel of this room and provides adequate storage for your getaway items. This very quiet bedroom also has a 13" TV provided to make this room complete.

The large patio off the living area is where we enjoy our favorite memories. Placed right outside the great room is the BBQ & patio furniture which faces the water features and beautiful Santa Rosa mountains. You will see everything from amazing snow caps to hot air balloon shows right from the patio or living area of the home. An alumawood patio cover provides the perfect amount of shade to sit and enjoy the view, entertain or have your morning coffee.

Indian Palms Country Club is the newly renovated President's Club that is steeped in history, including where President Eisenhower wrote his memoirs. Clubhouse/pro shop and onsite restaurant(wonderful food) as well as a Lifestyle Center with state of the art workout room, Lighted tennis courts and 2 pools. There are also neighborhood pools thru out the community, with yours just a block from the house.
There are three 9 hole spectacular golf courses avaiable for your play. Indian Palms is also home to the John Jacobs School of Golf. Additionally, there are many golf courses a short drive away, including Landmark, PGA West, Indian Wells, and Trilogy home of "The Skins Game". The Polo Clubs featuring numerous horse shows are also minutes away from our back gate at the 50th entrance!
You are also just minutes from shopping, including El Paseo the "Rodeo Drive" of the desert. A large variety of shopping malls, boutiques and art galleries. The dining is unlimited from fine gourmet restaurants, bistros and casual family restaurants.
We also have plenty of gaming casinos and wonderful choices of entertainment through-out the valley.. We recommend the McCallen Theater for all your Jazz concerts and Plays.The atmosphere at Indian Palms is peaceful and serene, the views are wonderful and you will have everything you need on the premises. This is truly the setting for a relaxing getaway.
