  Totally relaxed is how I would describe my vacation. There was nothing lacking in the amenities. From toiletries to coffee. Everything was thought of to make the stay as welcoming and enjoyable as could be. The cleanliness of the house was also very appreciated. You can tell there is pride in ownership with these owners. The location is in close proximity to everything and with the great highway systme commuting was very easy. I would deffintely stay again and recommend it to others.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  the property was awesome well laid out. great pool and grocery shopping near by. community pool and area are awesome. nice golf course near by and casino is great. try the local mexican restaurant its great food. great place to stay if you dont want to be in the city but close enough to go there and do everything. Very quite relaxing community but good shopping and great place for walks.

  We were very pleased with our stay at this Maricopa home. The home looks just likes pictures posted and was very clean and beautifully decorated. Pride of ownership is evident. The owners were very easy to deal with and were helpful in answering all of our questions. This was our first time visiting the Phoenix area and we found Maricopa to be a great location. It provides small town feeling with quiet, safe neighbourhoods, yet Phoenix and all of its attractions are just a short drive away.

  This is a very comfortable, beautifully decorated house. It is in a great location, close to everything. The house is well stocked with dishes, appliances, and odds and ends like hair dryers, spices, beach towels, tablecloths, and placemats. We would stay in this home again.

  We really enjoyed our two weeks at this property in March, 2010. The house and property are well maintained and very clean. The owners were cooperative and helpful with any questions we had. The kitchen appliances and utensils were everything one needs to cook meals, with two grocery stores a very short drive away. No need to rent movies as they have a great selection to use. We attended six spring training baseball games which takes about 45 minutes to get to from Maricopa, but it is a very easy drive. We found several good restaurants in Maricopa, but our favorite is Penascos, a family owned Mexican establishment that serves excellent food and has a very friendly staff. We highly recommend Penascos. And we also would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the Phoenix area. Our overall experience was very good. Thsi was the first time we have used VRBO to find a place to stay while vacationing and it was a positive experience. Thank You.

  8 adults went down for a week of golfing. Tons of golf within a 30 min drive. Lots to do and see and easy to commute to everywhere. A beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood with lots to offer even if you had young or teenaged kids. The home was very clean and well maintained and showed signs of pride by owner. I truly felt like a family guest without the host being there! The pool at the house was great. We never used the community pool but there was lots going on at the activity centre which we had access to. You need a vehicle. Lots of outlet stores and malls within a short commute. Wal-Mart was close by and great for groceries. Harrah's Casino was an easy 15 minute drive away. The landlord was great to deal with and the info package supplied was great. We went out every night for supper and there were lots of choices...we were just too lazy to use the propane BBQ! Softer beds in the two smaller rooms would have been better as those were found to be a tad hard on our old weary golfing backs!! (Probably kids wouldn't care less). I am anxious to return again and will likely go back in early 2011 (Feb or March)
