Beautiful MARGATE TOWER is steps to the Atlantic Ocean - Enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the large wrap around balcony! This 3BR/3BA beautifully decorated Condo is spacious with almost 2200 sq. feet of living space. Huge balcony has views of the Ocean, Beach, and Kingston Plantation. This 7th floor unit is North facing with an ocean view.
The Margate Tower is the newest oceanfront luxury condominium high rise in gated Kingston Plantation. It features only 9 units per floor with interior corridors, 4 high speed elevators, marble entry with front desk and full time attendant. The tropical landscape surrounds a hot tub and 2 oceanfront pools, one with a cascading waterfall.
Kingston Plantation is a private, gated resort located in Arcadian Shores. It is 145 acres with lakes, walking trails, 12 pools, a boardwalk, and a half mile of secluded beach. Kingston Plantation includes an on site full service Embassy Suites hotel with restaurants. The plantation is located close to Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Arcadian Shores Golf Course, and Broadway at the Beach.
Spacious 3 bedroom unit has a large living area decorated in rich warm tones with 40 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. The Dining area features a glass top island style table with 6 chairs. Fully equipped tiled kitchen has solid surface countertops, raised bar with 3 stools, plenty of glassware, dishes and flatware for guests.
A tiled laundry/utility area features its own separate entrance off the main hall. It has a utility sink, iron, ironing board, washer and dryer. It is the perfect place to stow gear, towels, and toys after a day at the beach!
The spacious Master Suite with King bed, upgraded linens, custom drapes, flat screen TV with DVD player, and sliding doors to wrap around balcony with great views. A perfect place to see the sunrise and hear the roar of the ocean. The private tiled bath is complete with dual vanity, whirlpool tub, separate shower and large walk in closet.
The over sized second bedroom has 2 Queen beds, TV, and its own private balcony overlooking Kingston Plantation. An adjacent large tiled bath has a dual vanity and tub/shower. The third bedroom has a set of bunkbeds, full size bed, TV, DVD player, and its own private tiled bath. Sliding glass doors to the large balcony.
In February 2010 all mattresses were upgraded and replaced as well as bedding and towels were upgraded. December 2011 upgraded wood laminate flooring added to the living and dining areas.
There is absolutely NO Smoking allowed in Margate Tower. No Pets are allowed in Margate Tower. Motorcycles are not allowed inside the homeowner area of the Margate Tower property at Kingston Plantation.

My family and I absolutely love visiting Myrtle Beach every summer and staying at your condo made it that much better. This past August was our second time staying here at the Margate and we look forward to staying even longer next summer. Thank you for renting such a beautiful condo that offers everything and more to make for a great vacation.Recommended for: Families with young children.

My family stayed in this unit this year. We loved it! The decor is very nice, with warm colors, and the unit is very spacious.There's plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom has a balcony, which was an added bonus. We will definitely stay here again. The only extremely minor suggestion, is to upgrade the outdated tvs in the second and third bedrooms.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Hi Paula, We had such a wonderful time on our vacation, and your condo is lovely. We enjoyed playing several of the games also, and my husband read one of your books. Thanks for allowing us to rent your great condo at Margate. We had a great time and took care of it as though it was our very own. We'd like to come back again next year. This property was gorgeous! The listing description was accurate, but the pictures don't tell enough about how nice this unit is. It was very clean and the furnishings all seemed new. We had 9 people staying there and with the large open living space it simply never seemed crowded at all. The balcony is huge! The kids enjoyed the easy access to the beach and pools, and there was a wide variety of nearby restaurants and fantastic shopping. Definitiely will recommend to friends and family!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We love Kingston Plantation and all the amenities. From the sandy beach to all the pools and walking trails to explore. It is a great location near golf courses, restaurants, wonderful shopping at the Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, and other surrounding shopping centers. Not far from Broadway at the Beach and all there is to do!
