This Gulf Front house is in the heart of Rosemary Beach! Enjoy Gulf Front living at its finest. This home has been professionally decorated and designed by Musso Design of Atlanta. His work can be seen not only in Rosemary Beach but also throughout the unique villages along the emerald coast.

This 3 bed/3 bath main house plus studio carriage house that includes 1 Queen bed/1 bath with full kitchen and living room has recently undergone a complete interior and exterior makeover.

Caymus Cottage is situated in the heart of Rosemary directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The first floor offers a master suite with a King bed, walk in shower, and a large flat screen TV. The Guest room offers a Queen bed, private bath with walk in shower, flat screen TV and its own private entrance.

Enjoy the breathtaking views of the beautiful emerald coast waters from the 2nd level that features a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast table with seating for 6 and counter seating for 3. This floor also offers an incredibly spacious living area featuring vaulted ceilings, 2 large L shaped sofas and a pop up flat screen TV. Take pleasure in the amazing panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico while relaxing in the living area or step out onto the furnished gulf front balcony.

The third level features a spacious bedroom complete with two queen beds, each with their own flat screen TV. The room also features a little sitting desk and a full bathroom with a tub. Open the curtains and enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico. This room is great for small families, children or adults.

This house also has a free standing carriage house which can be rented separately or along with to the cottage to make it a 4 bedroom. Caymus carriage House features views of the Gulf of Mexico and is located above the garage. It includes a queen bed, modern kitchen, and living room with a flat screen TV.
