Why the Owner Chose KennebunkThe house was originally a one room schoolhouse built in the 1850's. In the 1950's it was converted to a family dwelling. The house has been in our family since the 70's.

We spent two weeks here in July 2010. The home was very comfortable and convenient to the beach, town and shopping. Plentiful sleeping accommodations, towels, linens, cooking/dining supplies, laundry facilities, beach passes, beach chairs, TV's (and good weather!) made for a very pleasant vacation. We would definitely do it again. Thanks Dan!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room so our group did not feel cramped. We liked the two separate TV areas, and the outdoor fire pit. The beds were very comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised to find new fluffy towels and high quality bedding. My family was there in early May, and the trees in bloom in the yard and neighborhood were spectacular. I plan to be back next year! Great area!
