Marina Real Condominium: 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo in Marina Real (San Carlos, Mexico) sleeps 6. 1 Bedroom has King size bed; the other bedroom has two twins. There is a Queen sofa sleeper (pull out couch) in the Living room that sleeps 2.
Our Homeowner's Association requires a minimum 5 night rental.
Condo is located on 3rd floor of the condo complex providing stellar views of the Marina and Gulf of California, (aka ''Sea of Cortez''). 5-minute walk along marina boardwalk takes you to Algodones beach (the premier beach in San Carlos). One Full bath and one 3/4 bath (large shower instead of a tub). Full kitchen (gas range, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots/pans, utensils, coffee maker, etc.), dining room, and living room. wfi fi Internet in condo.
There is a new swimming pool, hot tub, cabana, and recreational area (e.g., putting green and pickleball court.
Condo is located in a quiet, relaxing part of San Carlos, and is in close proximity to good fishing, snorkeling, swimming.
Air conditioning in each room in the summertime and heaters in each area for the winter. A spacious 1600 square feet or so in the condo.

My husband and I stayed for 5 months (Nov - March) at #38 Camino Real Condo's. The owners were very nice to deal with. The condo is pretty used but well equiped. All the beds could use new sheets and covers but for such a long stay I brought my own. Having a washer/dryer was a bonus. The condo building is very well taken care of and the view from #38 is beautiful. There is also very nice walking on the beach and around the marina. We kept a small boat in a slip at the marina right below our unit. Our over all experience was very nice and we would return to this condo again.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: We have a family of 2 young children (10 and 5) and are employed in Albuquerque at Sandia National Laboratories and the State Gov't of New Mexico, respectively.
Why the Owner Chose San Carlos:
We continued to visit (for 12 years) the town of San Carlos annually. We wanted a place with great water views and beach access....for a moderate price. Surprisingly, we were able to find it in this particular Condo.
