                            Wonderful location,easy access to all amenities.The property very well maintained in all aspects. Steve and Trish always available if needed.It was great to be met and shown around the apartment and to have Trish take me to the Greyhound bus stop on my departure. Highly recommended.

                            We had a great stay at City Life Suits. It's located right in the heart of Victoria within walking distance to everything including shops, museums, theaters, sightseeing and dining. The place was spotless and prepped for our arrival. Steve and Trish make a significant effort to stock everything you need from soap and detergent to an Iron and fully stocked kitchen. They even have specialty items like a scale for weighing your luggage and a bag you can wheel to the store. When we asked where to purchase a GPS to help us find our way to drop our daughter off at boarding school, they offered to let us barrow theirs. They were more then helpful with advice about everything. When you rent from Trish and Steve you don't just get a place to stay you actually have a friend in town who can help you assimilate to the area. For those traveling a long distance it can really make a difference in how you enjoy your experience in Canada. We also own a vacation rental so we can appreciate all the hard work and personal touches Steve and Trish include with their property. I know the place stays booked up but I hope we can find an opening next time we come to Canada to visit our daughter. Thanks for everything! - Doug & Lynetta (from Sonoma, CA)

                            I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years and I'd rate this one 10 out of 10. The location is superb, right in the middle of Victoria, steps to the harbor, restaurants, shops and a lovely park. Yet it's in a pleasant neighborhood of condo buildings and hotels, so quieter than you'd expect a downtown location to be and felt completely safe. It was immaculately clean and furnished comfortably and stylishly with everything you could possibly need and lots of things you don't really need but were very nice to have. My landlords Steve and Trish were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, checking before I arrived to see if there was anything special I needed. There was fruit, milk, bread, coffee, tea, cereal and lovely treats at arrival, so no need to rush out for supplies the first night. Everything was as advertised only more so! Steve and Trish had also left all kinds of info about things to do, etc and recommended a day trip in the Sooke Peninsula that was a delight. They are charming people and were available for info and service when needed but didn't hover, left me to enjoy myself and Victoria, a really beautiful city! I'd recommend this to singles or couples, just because it's too small for more than two people (well, maybe three if one is a very small child!)

                            This is just a lovely spot. Your are a 5 minute walk from the harbour or down town, 5 minute walk to the museum and a ten minute walk to the gorgeous park at Signal Hill. The apartment was clean and has everything you'd want in your own home for 2 people. The weather wasn't great for us but it didn't slow us down on our walking/touring around. Park you car in the secure parking and enjoy. Security in the building is second to none. Umbrellas are included!

                            Best accommodation we ever rented-spotless,very well decorated, bright and very well equipped kitchen. Steve/Trish,the owners are the amazing host and hostess, they welcome you personally and make your vacation an absolute comfort and enjoyable. Upon your arrival, they even stock some groceries to get you started and 16 different spices on the counter for your use during your stay. They really take pride and joy in how they run the place. I was absolutely impressed. excellent value for your money. The building is very well maintained, gym is very clean and adequate which is a real bonus. The location is very central in the upscale part of downtown. One can walk everywhere: library,shopping,groceries,museum,theaters,airport shuttle terminal,water front,Chinatown etc. Renting a car is not necessary. But should you need one, rental companies are just within the walking distance.Renting with Budget through Steve,you can get 15% off. It was an awesome vacation for one month !!!!!! I will not hesitate to recommend the place to my friends and relatives.

                            we have almost spent a week here at the apartment . It was really great. The apartment is conformatable, providing everything you need for kitchen, laundry, and a real place to just rest and enjoy the place. The location is really closed to transportation and to downtown!! you don't really need a car here in the city Steve has prepared some foods (fruits and other) for us to start there for our first breakfast. He was really kind, full of advices and help us to book an incredible wales seeing tour. Definitively an adress to keep for a next stop. for the thanks a lot

                            Reading these reviews made me want to stay here--and I was not disappointed! Steve is the host-landlord you think you will never be fortunate enough to encounter in real life. He met me at a nearby hotel and insisted on carrying my luggage to the condo, where he got me settled in no time. The suite is in excellent shape, has everything you need for a short or long stay, and is the perfect base from which to explore Victoria by foot, bus, or car.

                            We recently spent a wonderful week in Victoria, B.C. The "Urban Suite" was the perfect base for us. It was gorgeous, spotless, and offered everything one might need. Steve and Trish had stocked the kitchen with fruit, bread, coffee and milk, so we were already set for breakfast. Their customer service was fantastic! The blow dryer gave out on me one morning, and Steve had another to me within 30 minutes! Walking this beautiful city is easy and our location was perfect. We visited Buchart Gardens (took the city bus), saw Craigdarroch Castle, went to Fisherman's Village, took a boat up the Gorge Waterway, visited 2 amazing museums, saw a classic car show, and enjoyed many delicious meals. One evening was spent with friends visiting a Farmers Market in a nearby city. Our favorite place for fish & chips was One Fish, Two Fish. It's located down at the wharfside and is a walk-up and order type place. Another favorite was The Kitchen, and also a tiny hole-in-the-wall place called Pig. There is an excellent pizza place on Cook Street and The Noodle Box on Douglas is good if you can get them to close the doors so you're not too cold while eating. We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we'd loved to visit again. We have already recommended staying at the Urban Suite to several of our friends.
