  Just wanted to write to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip! Your house felt just like home. Honestly, that's the only way I can describe it. We have been renting houses along 30A for years now and they've all been very nice, but yours was different because it actually felt warm. It's like I could just feel the love that your family shares there. So comfortable, relaxed and inviting. Anyway, I am NOT a sappy person but I just wanted to share that with you. Thanks for having us. I hope that we can stay again!

  We enjoyed our second visit as much as the first with all of children and grandchildren. We think you have the best house, in the best neighborhood, in the best area of Florida that we have seen. A wonderful house! We will hold many cherished memories of our time here. Thank you!

  We are just leaving Boardwalk. Your home is absolutely lovely and we truly enjoyed ourselves! I don't believe we have ever stayed in a house that was so well equipped! Thanks again for letting us stay!

  What a perfect way to have special family time and start the New Year. We've stayed at Old Florida Beach for the past 15 years, at vacation homes and Boardwalk is our favorite! You've done an incredible job of making your home feel comfortable and welcoming. Thank you for sharing such a great place.

  This is our third straight year and it only gets better at the Boardwalk. Our family makes sure we book for the next year. Perfect for our children and grandchildren and memories we will never forget.

  We returned here, our 2nd visit, but this time-TWO WEEKS!! Georgous weather for the most part. I love my bedroom upstairs, with all the windows it seems we are surrounded by the ocean. I feel like I'm on the beach. It is beautiful, calm and light in that room. Also, I love how well appointed your kitchen is, most anything we need. We love to cook, so that is special. Access to the beach is so easy! It was uncrowded as usual. We went hunting for crabs at dark with nets, with 6 years old twins. It was great fun for them and the adults. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

  What an amazing week! Your home is amazing and a perfect fit. It has all of the perfect features for a beach vacation. Thank you SO much for sharing it with us! We feel so lucky to have these wonderful memories with family.
